very fast Circle lite passed above us in the middle of the ocean with out a sound.

We were in the middle of the ocean chasing turtle at sunset,when the sun disapeared, A circle lite passed above us that was too fast for a standard aircraft, it took it less than 2 minutes to cross from one end of the sky to the other end of the sky in the middle of the ocean. It crossed right above us and we could not hear a sound. If it was that fast and it was that close , we should have heard a sonic boom from it, but we did not. I hope somebodey saw it too and reports it.
