Large cylindrical object flew overhead lasting around 30 seconds

Craft hovered overhead for a couple seconds then appeared to 'scan' us, afterward it flew off rather quick

Bright objects seen in Managua.

Lights of bright white in formation and changed color to bright red. About 12 to 15 objects, objects were seen on a clear night sky with no clouds, with more than 10 witnesses recording with their cell phones.
