There was a large spacecraft with multiple subtle blinking lights (and possibly a smaller object if it was not light of the moon)

I was sitting on the roof terrace of a coastline hotel looking at the stars with my brother. We noticed a large object (spacecraft?) directly above us with multiple subtle blinking lights, first we thought it was a Satellite but it didn't look like that and it was just 'hovering' above us (for about an hour, then it was gone).

After a while I took my smartphone to record it. When I started filming the larger object another smaller object quickly appeared from the left moving fast, it came back once more and then was gone. Possibly this 'object' was nothing and just a lens issue with the moon light.

However, the large object/spacecraft with multiple blinking lights was not a lens issue and something really weird. To see the larger object/spacecraft better you need to zoom in a bit. You can clearly see many subtle blinking lights on it.

I can't give a summary. It's really alot with lots of details so is there a way I can do something else?

There is a thing metal cylinder, under it a blue light. A star right behind it with the force of the air pushing against it, splitting it in half making it go around the star (example when you blow fire against something it seems to go in half one goes left and the other right you understand?)

Saw this phenomenon on my room's balcony, both objects mentioned were moving fast but too fast that the naked eye can't see, moving forward. I ran to my other balcony Infront of my house (where those 2 objects were headed). Once I reach there I could see the supposed star moves faster going Infront of this object and like I mentioned previously the air coating it seemed to reveal a transparent thing around this cylinder object which in my thoughts looked like a shield covering it as if to protect it. I searched and used chat for to know that for a fact it's not:

1. Any type of rocket
2. A planet
3. Natural phenomenon
4.some secret thing the government is making(humans aren't that advanced to make a start follow something and have a shield protect such a weird shaped air craft).
5. A meteor
6. A shooting star.

Also like to add it disappeared into the clouds with the sky heading a bit upwards for the emitting beams I showed it more was like moving characters under it

No outline of the object it was like a long worm the sky was dark 15-20 lights emitting from what appeared to be its side

This object appeared quite high in the sky there are always aircraft flying in the night sky (non at the time of the sighting) coming into Malta Airport the object was a lot higher than local air traffic

It was its length that caught our eye and the fact it was at least 4-5 times the length of any aircraft flying at that height its speed was that of an aircraft
Not fast but again not slow and flying in a different direction to local aircraft traffic a local witness told us the direction it was travelling Malta towards Sicily
As it was dark the shape of the object couldn't be identified it was like a worm with white lights.

The lights were the same size and distance apart without noise or any other flashing lights or power source as it went into the distance the lights slowly disappeared merged to one as it disappeared into the night sky

NUMEROUS 'FIREBALLS' SEEN OVER ISLAND OF MALTA (MEDITERRANEAN SEA)

Several grouped 'fireballs' seen over four consecutive nights in September 2012, at approximately similar time period between 2200hrs and 0100hrs. They were certainly not Chinese Lanterns. This theory has since been checked out via practical tests using Chinese Lanterns at similar time and weather conditions. This theory was very quickly debunked. As an example, if held at arm’s length the size of the 'fireballs' were approximately the size of a golf ball. Each object was noiseless, brightly illuminated by an intense orange/yellow glow and had a dark orange and red aura. There were small black square shapes (assumed to be small windows) equally spaced around the top sections, underside there was a central 'slow pulsating' red globe. They moved steadily (in an unwavering boxed formation) against a South East wind. Their actual speed and height was difficult to estimate and as an example they seemed to be moving slightly faster than a conventional civilian air! craft and any type of wind carried balloon or kite. The night sky was cloudless, spotted with identifiable stars. Usual commercial air traffic moving to and from Malta was clearly distinguishable. To the present similar objects continue to be seen in the night sky by locals and tourists alike.

Brilliant Amber & Glod Fireballs Seen Over Mellieha, Malta (Mediterranean) 18th,19th & 20th June 2012.

June 18th 2012 (2220hrs) + June 19th 2012 (2335hrs), June 20th 2012 (0120hrs) Fireball - Amber - Gold - White - Optical size to human eye appreared to be size of a golf ball held at arms length. Luminosity was brilliant on each occasion. The first seen object (19th June) travelled in a West to East direction (in bound above Gozo island across Mellieha Bay (Malta). The floowing objects (19th & 20th June 2012) were stationary over Gozo Island (not on the incoming civilian aircraft landing path to Malta International Airport) before moving off in a Northly direction out to sea at a rapid speed. The height of 'fireballs' was very difficult to estimate. Speed much faster than any type of civilian aircraft. There was no engine noise heard whatsoever. There were no flashing aircraft red/green/white lights. The brilliance of the 'fireballs remained' constant. The estimated distance covered from point of first visual sighting to point of disappearing from view was a! pproximately fifteen miles in less than five minutes. On each three nights/early morning numerous witnesses 'tourists andlocals' watched the 'firballs' travelling across the sky. The 'fireballs' seemed to be at first diamond shaped and intermitently split into a group of three seperate 'fireballs moving together at equal distand (to the human eye approximately 2.5 centimetres apart) and several moments later re-joined into a whole object. The 'fireballs were observed by my wife and I from our roof top garden in Mellieha, Malta. We are not UFO and have no interest as such in the subject. At first we thought the lights were approaching aircraft to land at Malta International airport, We are used to observning normal aircraft coming and going from the Malta international airport. The objects (fireballs) were not usual civilian aircaft and they moved as tough under intelligent control and certainly were not caused by natural weather conditions, weather ballons, chinese lanterns! , fireworks or any other 'ridiculous' explanations. If uiindee! d the se en objects were military aircraft, they were exceptionally quiet and very luminous in the night sky, which was cloudless. There wss no wind and the breeze was travelling (East to West) in the opposite direction against the movement of the objects. The ambient temperature was approximatly twenty six degree's centigrade on each night of the sighting with an avergae 58 % humidity measurement.

This is the first time these strange lights have been reported. However, there has been and are seen (usually innthe night sky but some day time 'disc' sighting have also have been observed) increasing sightings being observed over the island of Malta and neighbouring Sicily.

Illuminous light as bright as the sun.

Time 8.Pm central Mediterranean time. Sun setting almost low.Very clear sky.

Object very illuminous seen with the naked eye (about the size of a pea ).

Position of object on right hand side of the sun ( as if the sun is reflecting on it ) By the time we got to our house and my son got his photo camera and binoculars a good 15 minutes have elapsed. By this time the object was on the left hand side of the sun showing the same light intensity. Object was moving West.

Object seems like two teardrop shapes (Upside down ) and a dark object in between.

Sighting lasted about 25 minutes from the time we noticed it, fading away as a small dot. Object captured on camera.

It was new year night, and i was out with my mom in the capital city. it was 00:30 when I noticed a strange Yellow light in the Sky, it was very bright and it was moving slowly forward, then down, then up. it was also glowing. i quickly took out my mobile camera, but it was too dark around, and the light was not captured. After I looked closely at it, i noticed that it had 5 small light around it that were glowing. After 4 Minutes, the Lights just Disapeared. It was unlike any plane or helicopter, because it looked very far away, and it was very bright.

We were hunting this morning, all of a sudden we noticed a bright circular silver light in the sky, at 1st we thought it was a falling star but it was totally different due to movements and brightness. At 1st the object was descending and suddenly it changed completely direction and disappeared at an extremely high speed.

5 individual "stars", moving downwards or upwards, & changing angel of direction.

Malta (Sliema) _ 31st 31st August 2006 The 1st sighting happened around 9.30 at night.

I was with another person on a roof, when we both noticed a moving star.

It was exactly shaped, sized, bright and distant as a common star, but it slowly moved for around 30 seconds till it seemed to disappear in the distance. After a few minutes we both spotted another "moving star," it looked just like the previous and was observed for around the same amount of time. These sightings are two of five we observed that night, that occurred in a time-frame of around 30 minutes.

These moving stars may sound like shooting stars, though 4 of them did move from top to bottom as if falling, one of them moved up wards. Something I never encountered in a shooting star. And all 5 sightings were too long observed, and moved in a slow manner compared to a shooting star.

Also, while moving these objects seemed to slightly change direction. They moved in a straight matter yet slightly changed angel as they moved. One of the objects at one point, seemed to slightly move in a zigzag manner, just long enough for us to confirm it with each other, as it then disappeared in the distance.

I don’t think any of the authorized flying objects found in Malta, can explain our sightings. Nor can they be explained by a satellite to my knowledge.

I am currently, searching for an explanation.

inverted shaft of weak light

lookin to the north, from sea level,and out across the sea we saw a shaft of light from a great height to the surface of the sea. the shaft of light was rather similar to seen when the sun shines from behind a cloud but not so bright or intense.

it was also peculiar in as much as the beam appeared to be reversed .i.e. the largest part of the beam was uppermost as in the case of an upside down pyramid. there was not a cloud in the sky.it was a bright sunny day and we were looking away from the sun .

the shaft of light was steady and i have no idea how long it was evident before i saw it .

there was no sound and no visible cause for the light. i had powerful binoculars with me yet could see nothing. after several minutes i went by car up hill to a height of some 200 mtrs to get a better view. the result was the same.the light appeared to cover perhaps a half mile of ocean surface and the source covered a distance of perhaps two miles? it is difficult to estimate the distance from the shore but it was considerable,perhaps 5 miles or more. there was not much available to asses the dimensions by.there was no disdurbance to the water surface.there was no sound.after a while it suddenly went,as if someone or something had flicked a switch.gone.

what i made of it is pure guesswork. i assume that something was interested in what was in , on or below the ocean surface.somehow it was "looking" by some form of energy that caused the brightness. though brightness is not a good word in this case ,it is just that it is for ease of description.

A small "thing" in d sky blinking 3 different colours and makes a sound of a jet fighter, but not that loud.

OK..so first of all..i wasnt imagining..or hope not anyway. This is what i saw: something which looked like a plane..far away in d sky..but it wasnt moving..and it blinked different colours: blue, yellow and white (im not sure bout d colours..but i'm positive bout those). I kept lookin at this thing..then sudenly it moved very fast towards my direction..i dont mean over my head..but in my direction. when it came close it looked like a very small thing, still flashing those colours. Its sound was like the sound of a jet fighter..but it wasnt loud..i heard it cause there werent any loud noises in d area. thats all i guess...i mean, i know there r loads of ppl who make these kind of things up..but well im not one of them...and im not sure if its an alien ufo..it might always b some kind of plane or something.
