Me and my family we are currently held in quarantine in a Maldivian resort in Maldives. And while we were just hanging out in the balcony we saw this object moving very fast across the sky, I captured it on my iPhone. It was clearly not an aircraft. It moved fast and when I zoomed in it appeared to change variation of color as well. It constantly vanishes and appears again. It was around 10:00 pm here in the Maldives. Me and my family we are also Maldivians. Me, my wife, my son and my brother we all saw it clearly.

Unexpected encounter with UFO whilst holidaying in the Indian Ocean

I was messing around with my camera shutter speed settings on my Nikon Coolpix along with lighting and HDR so that I would be prepared for the types of settings that beaches give off when taking pictures with cameras. (The sensors react to the reflections of the water and so on) any way, that was what I was doing in the back of my villa.

Mindless tinkering.

After I had finished I went back inside and checked over all the pictures because it wasn't a bad shot and I wanted to keep it. That's when I discovered this anomaly on one of my pictures. I've observed it as much as I can and it looks as if it was in the background, behind the tree's in the sky.

Not a bug of any kind that I've seen as most are solid black or bright yellow. Also, out of all the other shots I had taken, this was the only one with something different in it.

Unfortunately I didn't see it with my own eyes, I only noticed it once the picture was taken.

Didn't even see it on the view finder. (1080p screen at that). There are plenty of examples in the picture to gauge a size, I'm no professional but it looks pretty big but It's most defiantly in the sky.

The coloration of the object and the fact one of the leaves is covering the left UFO in the picture. Same with the exit UFO on the right.

I was located at the time on a very secluded island in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

I have another picture in of the same shot, different time to compare against.

The island itself is a quiet one and I have been there three times for the past three years. This last time was the quietest of all.

Usually there is a bird that chants its mating call, similar to the island name, 'meeru!' Barely heard it this year.

Fast moving object bright as star to a small red light before its dissapearence.

My attention to the object started around 19:15 hrs,at first it looked like bright star of magnitude about -6 as it was moving from azimuth of 195 degrees and altitude of about 65 degrees and moving towords north east direction.As it moved its speed seems to increase very fast and dissapeared at about 15 degrees azimuth and 75 degrees altitude,just before its dissapearance it changed its appearence from bright as star to red small light.

Colleague and I witnessed 3-7 lights moving slowly in unison across the night sky.

I was recently having dinner with a colleague of mine on a rooftop restaurant in Male’, Maldives, when he noticed a grouping of 5-7 white lights moving in unison in the sky. He pointed it out to me as he thought it was a large aircraft coming into landing at the local airport. We then realized it was nowhere near the airport and the lights were not bright enough to be landing lights and we came to the conclusion it was moving to slow to be a commercial jet.

We continued to watch it as it went in-behind buildings, at which point we lost sight. Minutes after we saw it emerge and change to the opposite direction it was moving originally. The configuration of lights changed from about six scattered lights to 3 in the shape of a triangle with 1 trailing light in behind, all of which were moving at the same speed. We continued to watch it move left to right for about ten minutes.

During the time we witnessed the lights they had changed direction once, originally right to left and then left to right. The formation, color and quantity of lights also changed. If I had to guess the distance of the formation I would say it was 10-50 miles away, if that is true then the formation would have been 1-2 miles wide. In relation to the moon it would have been any where from 3 to 4 times the width of a full moon.
