Seen from 3rd floor of house from window.

The moment before of seeing that floating object, I was sitting on my computer and looked through the window. In the few seconds something was flying. I opened window and saw a blue disk, which was pulsating a bit of white-blue light. It went by through neighbors private land and went North-East to the city destination, but it slowly got upper and went to the clouds (storm was developing).
