I was coming home after collecting my gf from work in Waterford, as we got home these lights in the sky were so bright you couldn’t miss them, changing shapes and formations, colours and directions.

I saw a barbell shaped object tumbling end over end moving fast from a high elevation to the horizon

I went outside my house to answer a phone call because phone signal is very poor in my house. It was a cloudless night. I looked in a southwest direction and saw a barbell or cartoon dog bone shaped object tumbling end over end in a controlled way at high speed. It was at roughly a 60 degree elevation and at the height of satellites. It tumbled towards the horizon in about 5 seconds. There wasn't and fiery tail or debris coming from it so I don't think it was space debris burning up on re entry.
