Round and rotating as if surrounding something. The rotation was very consistent, and it moved slowly, moving away from the initial location it was seen, I saw it first around 2am and around 4am it got further away and was no longer visible.

The nature of the points of light following each other in one direction is indicative of Starlink trains.

I don't know what i saw but i think it is strange. I was filming a night sky then i saw a strange moving object. I saw the video multiple times yet still don't know how to explain it.

Green flashing (and moving) lights

5:40 I saw a flashing green light in distance in night sky. I asked my wife if it was same as what she’d described two nights earlier. She said yes but there were more of them. She had passed them off as Starlink. Upon further inspection there were in fact 4 I could see. One due N, one due W, and two NW. S and E views are blocked.

One of the NW pair is moving gently left and right. All 4 are pulsing on and off.
The NW pair was actually seen moving into their current position, but have maintained now for over 3 hours.

Video is real-time but movement more noticeable if sped up slightly.
