Strange Circle of Lights in Night Sky

I am writing to report an unusual aerial phenomenon I witnessed and recorded. On 05-04-2025 around 10:15 PM to 10:35 PM, in Dindigul Tamilnadu India , I observed a strange circular pattern of lights in the sky. These lights appeared to move in a coordinated manner, forming a circular or spiral-like motion and a parallel motion, it seem to switch between clouds that did not resemble any known aircraft, drone, or celestial event I am familiar with.

The sighting lasted approximately for 20 mins (not sure) , and I managed to capture the entire event on video using my VIVO Y200 smartphone. The footage has not been edited or modified in any way. Kindly avoid the audio of this video as it contains the sound of mosquito repelling bat and our voices

I believe this might be of interest to your team studying Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), and I would be grateful if you could take a look and let me know your thoughts or direct me to the appropriate department if needed.

Me and my friend Laying on rooftop ,at night stargazing focused a bit saw a star drift across the sky at considerable high speed and vanished after a while , now could it have been a comet ? Maybe but its projectile was not straight rather curvy and unpredictable yet smooth, hardly know a comet making a 80 degree projectile so frequently, cant be a meteorite because no tail … high altitude airplane ? Cant be sure it was too high. Iridium flare or satellite flare ? Could be but frequent unpredictable turns and smooth…surely UAP

It was noticed my a guy , like a light moving at same speed ,same distance and direction again and again and he informed everyone near

After finding this particular object in air , we thought this might be some natural activity happening but as time goes on we noticed weird movements like as soon as light came closer we could see clouds covering it and even the light circulating it was in its fixed position with the air craft and even when it was moving towards other direction the light was fixed and flowing its same way of light movement as if like moving car headlights which is fixed in car and moves as the car moves . ISRO rocket gets buzzed by ufo

On 2nd September 2023 ISRO launched the Aditya L1 solar observatory into space from Sriharikota. I took a video of the launch from Chennai which is about 100km from the launch site. I did not notice anything unusual during the actual launch, but upon reviewing the video footage I immediately noticed something strange in the video and it should not have been there.
Coming from behind the rocket as it leaves the atmosphere of earth was a ufo which chases the rocket. Just watch the video it is amazing to see it zig zag towards the rocket. I had the video stabilized, colour corrected and slowed down so that it can be seen clearly. I used a Nikon P900.

Me and my wife saw a triangle shaped object with no lights and no sound flew slowly in low height on North East direction.

On June 10 2023 night 8.42pm me and my wife saw an UFO which is triangle shaped and it has white circles in every corners. It was very close that we saw it clearly. It has no lights just flew towards north east direction. It makes no sound . It moves slowly must be 15-20kmph . It's width may be equals to a water syntax tank in India. Faintly visible shape-shifting UFO with no illumination at a height of 15000 ft, moving erratically over Chennai, India

On the 9th of May, 2020, 5 residents in Gem Stone Apartments, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India witnessed a UFO at around 09:40 p.m. Indian Standard Time (1610 hours Greenwich Mean Time or 1610 hours Coordinated Universal Time) from the rooftop. Exact coordinates from where the UFO was sighted is 13⁰05’15”N 80⁰11’12”E, in an eastward direction from this location.

The UFO was one single craft, and appeared to be at a very high altitude, at least 15,000 feet. The conditions at the time the UFO was spotted were: 1. Clear skies 2. No clouds 3. Stars were visible 4. No aircraft around (because the country was under lockdown and all means of travel suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis) 5. No sound made by the craft.

6. No change in behavior of animals 7. No physical effects observed 8. No marks on bodies after sighting The UFO appeared to be spinning with no particular axis and kept moving erratically around a star in the night sky. The UFO did not emit any light, but there seemed to be a very faint aura or haze around it. The UFO itself was shape-shifting and was visible very faintly because of its high altitude and very low levels of illumination, so one had to strain his/her eyes to be able to see it.

The UFO’s color could be described as cloudy, translucent and white. The UFO seemed to have multiple faintly visible “tails” which appeared and then disappeared, only to appear again after a while. It also had a very very faint trail.

NOTE: 1. It was NOT Venus, as this one was erratically moving around a star.

2. It was NOT SpaceX’s Starlink satellites as only ONE, erratically moving craft was seen and not a train of crafts.

3. This sighting would most probably be classified as "Nocturnal Lights" on Hynek's Scale and is not a close encounter of any kind.

I was lying on the bed and I could see the sky from my window. I saw a red(color- when we show our figure on a torch) floating soft appearing object like a ball in the sky at a very far distance(eg: the distance of an airplane we see in the sky) I was close watching and could see the single object divided into two similar objects and where moving on opposite directions, it was moving very slowly and it a soft body of a jellyfish. Doesn't have a proper shape but similar like a round, but its body looks like waves above it. When I ran to the terrace to see it, it faded behind the clouds. I'm not sure about the date and time but it was in 2019 or 2020.

Behind college hostel near to the wester ghats hills. Looked up. No engine sound. Just 2 lights. Flew away as soon as i spotted it.

Around 8 pm, My friends and I were having usual conversation outside the college hostel. We chilling. Suddenly when i looked up the sky there was this a very small triangle shaped object with no sound right above us but had 2 color lights red and white (most probably.. Remember vaguely). Not very close but still observably close. I was shocked so I suddenly shouted to my friend near me to take a look..he too saw it. And the object kind of saw us, i felt. It took 2 seconds after I pointed it to my friend to fly away with unimaginable speed without making a sound. I feel it flew away because it saw me spotting it. I still cannot believe what I saw. It had no sound.. I repeat no sound. But still flew with super sonic like speed.

Accidentally taken a series of photos of a bright yellow rectangular UFO zooming across the night sky while taking photos of the Moon

I just got out of my car after the gym session and was entering my home, in Chennai, India. It was on 31st Jan, 2015 at 8.14 pm IST.

The street light outside caught my attention, it was slightly covered with the overgrown branches of the tree and I looked up and saw that the moon was shining bright as well and occurred to me that it would be a good idea to takes some photos just to capture the night sky, the Moon and the street light, as a stark contrast.

I noticed about 2 hours later in the photos that I had accidentally photographed a UFO zooming by in a slanting direction. A glowing bright yellow object in rectangular structure zooming across the night sky in a sloping line upwards towards the southern direction.

The last couple of photographs taken at about 8.16 pm, 2 minutes later, shows twin lights emitted and the structure has changed direction and moved upwards towards the Moon.

I was amazed and puzzled.

Hi Sirs, This is not a joke or a hoax. I really don't believe much in these UFO's or aliens. But today i was very much astonished with this event. Today i was leaving to office (Am working @ night shifts) then suddenly i heard an aircraft flying. Just as normally i watched the sky but i saw a rather amazing sight. A triangle shaped or might be something else was moving across the sky. Then i thought might be the cloud was moving past. But i watched it for next few seconds the one was followed by almost 30-40 similar things & they formed some kind of a Random formation.

They moved very fast but they were like a swarm & moved along swiftly. Soon they went past my eye sight. I went to the terrace & some of my friends saw it too.

Now i have no choice left to believe in these things & "We are not alone"

I noticed a black object and looked similar to a black hole, not a single reflection of light from it. It had two pair of its own shape, one is half of its own size located on its sides and another small pair below its side objects. It did not have wings. It just looked like two pair’s of tennis ball attached to a foot ball. It released black gases twice its own size and looked like it was floating. I was able to notice it because of complete absence of light.

I was facing east and the object was facing the sun, I saw it at an angle of 30-40 degrees some 1-2 km’s distance from it. I am not able to mention the exact size of it .imagine a plane take off and see it after 2 or 3 min. I could not tell to anyone as I was really stunned looking at it. I never spoke a word about it as I knew no one would believe me.

13 Feb 2009, White spherical object revolving around its own axis having a random motion viewed from Chennai

My nephew and me were just watching towards the eastern sky in our terrace, which was clear and the moon shining bright. As were gazing I observed a star moving in random motion at a frantic pace. I just ask him to look at it just to check if it was am illusion or not. He too observed the same and also other 5 members of our family too.

To our naked eye it was like a star shining with small red illumination and moving at a differential pace randomly within a constrained space, so we took a binocular and checked it around. On magnification what we saw, it was a white spherical mass revolving in its own axis and moving randomly, in the beginning it was moving at rapid pace in a random motion within a constrained area, when ever it came away from that constrained area it started to pull back again into its own circumference.

As time progressed its pace took off and then it vanished just like that in no time. We observed this activity from 22:14 to 23:47 IST on 13 Feb 2009, Chennai India.

A moving array of tiny lights past the sky centre line south to north, sighted four times with 2-3 minutes interval.

Event Description: During Casual gazing at the stars on 13th May 2007 night (Time around 9:40pm) (while lying on the flat terrace (third floor) and looking at the sky upwards), i suddenly noticed a set of faint light moving uniformly in one direction, from south direction to north direction. The view was pretty faint, and had i observed it alone, i would have definitely ignored it as my illusion. However, i immediately asked my wife to look at by pointing the direction, and she too spotted it. We both agreed it cannot be a illusion, but however slightly differed in its description: I felt it was two lights moving side-by-side in that direction and with the gaps between narrowing down while my wife's described it rather as an v-shaped line (of lights!). We were wondering about it for some time, and then ignored it and were talking on some other topic. After maybe 2-3 minutes, we once again noticed a similar movement of lights, in the same direction. This time, we noticed at the fag end of its transition across the sky, and atleast i could not remember clearly its features, felt it to be haphazard collection of moving lights. Again, we had a disagreement on its features: i noted it be a haphazard set of may be 10 white tiny lights (like a star constellation) while my wife once again described it as an V-line formation. Actually, its movement was steady, going straight from south direction passing very nearly to the sky centre line and towards north direction. The entire crossing, i guess would have happened in 3-4 seconds. The object, or the thing could be sighted only over the center portion of the sky, and seems to be fading in the background over the horizon, as the sky was brighter (probably due to city lights) at (about less than 30 degree) horizon compared to the centre. I was casually mentioning what we are seeing could be similar to the many mysterious UFO's reported but not proven kind of stuff discussed in the science/science fiction TV programmes and other media. Once again, we! spotted for third time after maybe about 2-3 minutes, a similar moving object (by now, it become befitting to be called an object!), again moving in the same direction and in a similar way. After the 3rd sighting, we become alert and probed for the sky for any more such sighting. i was wondering whether it is the same object passing through the sky again and again, or if these were separate objects travelling one after the other. i told myself that i would be alert enough to focus on the movement and get a good glimpse of its features, if i see it next time. And yes, we witnessed the flying object for the fourth time, again may be after 2-3 minutes, a similar moving set of steady lights. This time, i agreed with my wife on its features. It was a V-formation of lights. My rough estimate for the angle between lines of the V would be 140 degrees!. The V-pattern was moving with its centre pivot at the front and V arrow itself pointing towards the direction of its movement. The angular distance of the object, i would put it to be around 3 degrees. We were thrilled at these sightings and hoped would to see fee more. I stargazed for another 30 minutes before giving up and we left to go to sleep. I was conviced that it was indeed an unusual event and said to myself to mark this day as memorable day of my life, lest i ignore and forget it just like those fading movement of light objects. I decided to check websites on UFO's and report my sightings, for a general benefit. As a responsible person, i thought i should inform and record this event, so that if any/more persons sighted this like us, it would become befitting enough to do investigation and get some meaningful explanation. But, onething is for sure: If somebody else observed it and tells me what he/she saw, i would not have taken it seriously and most definitely ignored it, thinking that person has made somehow misjudged a simple plane as an UFO; And that people have enough personal problems to worry about, than these bizarre movements in the sky. That's why i d! id not w ant to make a big fuss about what i saw to all the people i meet, and getting branded as an paranoid/cracknut. Instead, i have just put down all my (sincere) observations on the event in this UFO observation site, due to my own curiosity to know what i saw, and probably aid the concerned person/investigator/other UFO viewers, to make sense of these UFO's. I sincerely hope that myself and my wife were not the only one who witnessed this, and somehow a good number of people have also watched this particular event, so that it is not discounted as an not-strong enough, isolated, ignorable event.

I am not a big advocator of UFO sightings or theories on it. I am not a person who collects information about UFO's reproted by people, but rather know it as only among one of the many interesting news/documentary reported in the TV channel like discovery. Infact, i never got curious enough to know about it by searching/browing the websites. I do not know if what i saw is qualified to be called as an UFO. But all the same, i am listing down, what is so unusual about what i saw that makes it un-ignorable (atleast to me) and curious: * The object could not be a Plane: I have never seen a plane to be shaped like array of lights lined a arrow shape. But, for my fourth sighting, i would not even consider as and line of lights, but rather a haphazard collection of of lights, in which case would definitely not fit as the lights from the some human-plane. There was no sound heard, but still flew past pretty swiftly. Thus, it could not be just an conventional plane travelling too on ground making it seem to be flying fast(as in which case some sound should have been definitely heard for such low heights). I believe that it could not be a high flying plane (whose sound could not be heard), as i intuitively feel the plane would have to travel at indeed a unbelievably high speed for it transcend the sky in 3-4 seconds.

* It could not be a meteorite: My first observation as two tiny lights moving together could have probably taken as just a meteorite or shooting stars. Okay, even my second view as a collection of lights like a star constellation, again could have discounted simply as travelling of multiple number of meteorite rocks. But, i cannot definitelty take my final sighting of an well arranged V-array of lights simply as falling meteorites. And also, will meteorites travel in such a periodic manner (every 2-3 minutes) and also in exactly same direction and followint the same path int he sky!!? And also, the lights were not accelerating, were tending to move straight with a steady speed, and no brightening or burning out kind of movement. And the lights were uniformly light (can it be parallel set of uniformlly lit shooting stars??, very unlikely.).

* Array Movement: Based on the pattern of lights alone, the closest thing that i can associate it is an beautiful V-shaped arrangement formed by a flock of migratory birds. But again, what is disturbing with this description is: The pattern was too geometrically spaced and uniformly moving for it be considered as an natural phenomena; and how come these birds are flying so fast, and why are they carrying tiny lights with them? My only logical deduction of what i observed based on my own personal experience (ignoring all about UFO reported by others), would be, that it is either a specially designed human made flying object, possibly a secretive (military or otherwise) vehicle, concealed from the purview of general public. Or, it is an mysterious flying object unproved and unknown to humans.

Or it could be just chance of a chance of a chance occurence of simultaneous hallucination of myself and my wife, and that too for concurrently 4 times, and sharing more or less the similar hallucination of moving lights in the same path!!! And now thinking about it, may be it possible to give a even simpler explanation. It is simply an low flying kids plane toy or similar such stuff, moving with no sound, with its faint tiny lights. Or, could it by flying light emitting insect, but then again flying so uniformly arranged, hmmmm hard to believe.

So, this is an sighting whose origin is not known to me now, and possibly i may never be able to know for sure.

Sir, Tonight at exactly 7.16 p.m (I looked at the time in my cell phone which I had in my hand) while taking my usual walk in the open terrace of my house I noticed two bright 'stars' in the south-eastern sky very close to each other and positioned roughly over the Madurai airport. My vague familiarity with the night sky told me that the stars were not supposed to be there. So I took interest in them and watched them. As I watched them they grew brighter by the second and appeared as bright as the Venus - the one towards the north was slightly brighter than the other one to the south. They were static and I judged them to be at an altitude of where I normally see the shooting stars. And as I was watching them perplexed, they began to fade and in moments totally faded away leaving me totally bewildered - all in a matter of may be 30 to 40 seconds. I watched intently for several minutes at the spot where they disappeared in the hope they might reappear. But they did not. At about 7.25 p.m, a satellite passed over the exact spot where the two bright objects were - from south-east towards north-west.

I felt terribly excited for a few minutes after that. Could those Unidentified Flying (?) Objects be those of aliens'? Or, what else could they be, I wonder!

Dear Friends, this incident took place on the 19'th of May 2003 when me and my friend ((name deleted)) had gone to one of our regular late evening visits to one of the most beautiful Chennai beaches (South India), Valmiki Nagar Beach in Thiruvanmyur. To begin with i would like to throw some light on my self and my friend, iam Anish Naidu here, iam 27 years young and a management graduate (MBA) and my frined ((deleted)) is 30 years young and also a management graduate (MBA) & a net working engineer and we both have agreat deal of interest in Science, Religions, Philosophy, World Affairs, etc and it was during one such evening discussions on the 19'th of May, the time was 9:45 PM, the beach was almost empty and pitch dark. We were lying flat on the beach sand with our face facing the beautiful and partially cloudy night sky did we notice this strange object, the exact shape of a 'Boomerang' just fly its way into the land (west) from the Bay of Bengal side (east). It was flying at a great hight, even in that hight it was huge, really huge and all we could see was the exact cloud coloured frame of the huge Boomerang like object, it had no lights in them but was flying smoothly, fast, agile and with ease in between the clouds. We saw it take two rounds, each after a gap of 4 to 5 minutes and then disappear, we have never seen anything like it ever in our lives, it was too high-tech, not least bit like the modern day spy aircrafts used by the US and other developed countries, next it made no sound, it had no lights, it seem to follow a pattern, flew with ease, it was very huge and least bit like the latest aircrafts shown in the Discovery and Natural Geography channels. Me and my frined are damn sure of one thing, what we saw was a UFO or some thing really supernatural but one thing is sure after seeing it, we surely believe that we aren't alone in this astronomically huge infinite universe, we have company. Orb strike against my grandmothers head

A sphere of light with great intensity came from a distance, when my grandma was standing in her terrace, it striked across her head.. When she noticed it.. It stays for a while observed her and went so fastly.. Till this day she is perplexed about the encounter and her hair stands up in her hand while saying this
