First one I saw was white and it was not flashing, second one made different colours mainly orange, green, white.

Saw the two anomalies while we were on the balcony. The first one was going straight, then made little turns, the second one pulsed in sequence, it was shining bright for 1-3 seconds, then it was invisible for 1-2 seconds, then it was visible again and it did that again and again. The second one was very fast, then it slowed down, made circles etc. It couldn’t be a drone because it didn’t made any sound+ its altitude was high.

They were moving around

So we were driving from balmazújváros to tiszacsege on the 3316 road heading west (47.685361, 21.116416) with 2 of my friends. I was the one who drove as i drove i focused on the horizon because this area have a mid size forest and the road goes through this forest i noticed 5 orbs moving around the sky it looked like theyr are trying to shape a triangle (my friends are noticed too) the things were bright white one time one of them came so low on the sky it almost ,,hit the ground"

This drive usually takes 50 minutes to complete we saw these things all the time inside that 50 minutes one time they started moving it seemed like they were ,,playing" or just having fun and one or two of them dissappeared and reappeared (i have 3 videos of this action of this sighting)

Weird floating UAPs

I was looking up from my window( attic window)and I saw 2 floating objects- first I thought that are 2 birds, because they were somehow “dancing” in the air, certainly interacting. Direction was north, my video focus was not properly adjusted.

First they seemingly elevated to a certain altitude, and started their tandem toward north. The color was golden/ coppery , first I thought that its some floating ballon.

Whitish fast moving points

I saw many objects on the sky moving fast. The direction is North to South. They went smooth withouth flashing, nor had red flash. Their number was maybe about 20, I saw 15 I think. Linear moving, no direction change, I saw 2 airplanes (with green and red lights) close to them but probably they had no contact and their direction was different. Sorry for the quality, it’s an Iphone 14 pro. I haven’t drink alcohol or used drugs at the time I took the videos.

One evening, while we were in the yard, a strong light illuminated the sky. It was so intense and unexpected that for a moment we all froze. The light didn’t behave like a regular light source—it was more like a star, sharp and bright, and after a few seconds, it disappeared as if it had never been there. Then it came back again. The experience was so real that my wife and I said at almost the same time, “Did you see that?” Everyone was shocked and bewildered because we all saw the same thing.


That same evening, even stranger things happened. In the sky, an object appeared that didn’t resemble anything we’d seen before. It was a strange, hovering shape that moved slowly across the sky and was completely silent. It wasn’t a plane, satellite, or any other known object capable of moving like that. I immediately took out my phone and started recording the scene. My wife and I watched the phenomenon together, and we both felt like we were witnessing something extraordinary. The whole scene was so surreal that we just stood there, trying to interpret what we were seeing.

But the strangeness didn’t end that night. As we went to bed, I saw in the bedroom that above the door in the other room, on the wall, a glowing orange ball of light appeared. It floated toward the middle of the room and then went back out. I couldn’t tell if I was really awake or dreaming, but the glowing sphere was so real that I could even feel its vibration on my skin. My wife didn’t see it, but her expression said everything as we stared in shock at the floating light source. I immediately grabbed my phone and took pictures to document the event. The event was so intense that we couldn’t sleep the whole night.


When the reddish-orange ball came, it was about 2 or 3 weeks after I had painted the room with three layers. The area it touched melted—it didn’t feel rough. It left behind a smooth surface.

On August 24, 2023, at 11:06 PM, I had an experience that forever changed my view of reality. That night, I managed to photograph an alien in my own room.

The day was eventful; earlier in the yard, my wife and I had already noticed a strange light in the sky, which we also filmed. But that night, something even more shocking happened. As I lay in bed, my wife was getting ready to sleep when I suddenly felt a cold draft in the room. It was as if the temperature had dropped suddenly. The windows were closed, and there was no reason for the cold.

For a moment, I thought I was imagining things. Standing there was a figure about 30-40 cm tall, completely motionless. Somewhere deep down, I felt I had to capture the moment. I slowly reached for my phone, my heart pounding. As I looked at the camera display, the figure became clearly visible. I muted the sound and pressed the shutter button.

The moment I clicked the shutter, the figure seemed to turn toward me for a second. I could almost feel its presence, as though it not only saw me but also felt it was being watched. The alien didn’t move closer or approach—it just stood there silently, as if waiting for something. A few seconds later, it disappeared, as if it had never been there. The room returned to its previous state, and the temperature normalized. I was chilled to the bone!

However, the evidence remained in my phone: a blurry but unmistakable photo showing the alien standing in the corner of the room. This event and the photo I captured took my experiences to a new level. It raised new questions for me: Who are they, what do they want, and why do they appear? Since then, I’ve realized that the world is much more mysterious than I had thought, and the photo taken in my room is one of the most striking pieces of evidence of that.

egy olyan élményben volt részem, amely egy életre megváltoztatta a valóságról alkotott képemet. Aznap este egy idegent sikerült lefotóznom a saját szobámban.
A nap eseménydús volt; a feleségemmel az udvaron már korábban észrevettünk egy furcsa fényforrást az égen, amit videóra is vettünk. Azon az éjszakán azonban valami még megdöbbentőbb dolog történt. Az ágyban feküdtem, miközben a feleségem már aludni készült, amikor hirtelen egy hideg légáramlatot éreztem a szobában. Mintha a hőmérséklet hirtelen lezuhant volna. Az ablakok zárva voltak, semmi sem indokolta ezt a hideget.
Egy pillanatra azt hittem, csak képzelődöm, Körülbelül 30 és 40cm magas volt, teljesen mozdulatlan. De valahol mélyen éreztem, hogy meg kell örökítenem ezt a pillanatot. Lassan a telefonom után nyúltam, és a szívem hevesen dobogott. Ahogy a kamera kijelzőjére néztem, az alak egyértelműen kirajzolódott. Lenémítva a hangot, elkattintottam a fényképezőgombot.
Amint az exponáló gombot megnyomtam, az alak mintha egy pillanatra felém fordult volna. Szinte éreztem a jelenlétét, mintha nemcsak látná, hanem érezné is, hogy megfigyelés alatt van. Az idegen nem mozdult, nem közeledett, csak állt ott némán, mintha várna valamire. Pár másodperccel később eltűnt, mintha sosem lett volna ott. A szoba visszatért a korábbi állapotába, és a hőmérséklet is normalizálódott. Ki rázott a hideg!
A telefonomban viszont ott maradt a bizonyíték: egy homályos, de egyértelműen felismerhető fotó, amelyen a szoba sarkában álló idegen látható. Ez az esemény, és a kép, amit készítettem, új szintre emelte a tapasztalataimat. További kérdéseket vetett fel bennem: kik ők, mit akarnak, és miért mutatkoznak meg? Azóta tudom, hogy a világ sokkal rejtélyesebb, mint ahogy azt eddig gondoltam, és a szobámban készült fotó ennek egyik legmegdöbbentőbb bizonyítéka.

A red metallic sphere flew over me silently

It was a sunny morning and I just finished my usual run by the river Tisza, in Szeged, Hungary. As I approached the Flood Memorial (coordinates: 46°14'43"N 20°9'0"E), the square around the statue was quite empty, only cars were driving by. I checked my smart watch and saw: 8:55 AM. "Oh, no! - I thought. - I'm gonna be late from work!" This is when I looked straight up (I wonder why...?) - and noticed a red, metallic sphere flying above my head. It was about 10 meters high, to me it seemed like it was basketball-sized, but I can't be sure of its exact size because there was a neutral blue sky behind it.

The sphere gave out no sound. The shade of red was #ff0000. It had no visible motor, wings or emission. It was so close that I could see it's not a helium toy balloon, nor a real balloon. It seemed like a drone - except I've never seen a silent, dull metallic sphere drone with a homogenous surface. I saw no letters, camera or light source on it. I was so surprised! It sort of gilded with an even speed.

After a few seconds of trying to compute the sight in my head, it became apparent that this object is totally unknown to me. So I decided to take a photo of it. While I was struggling to find the camera app on my phone, it somehow flew high up in a matter of seconds as if it was camera-shy. By the time I aimed my phone at it, it was hiiiigh up, so it looks like a small dot in the photo. It continued its journey to the same west-to-east direction (the border of Ukraine is not far, I must add). I watched it as it crossed the river and became so tiny I couldn't see it anymore.

I have no clue what this was. I asked the local airport if they sent up a weather balloon maybe, but they replied: no, they didn't - they only asked for my photo documentation as a reference. I'm also sure it was not a child's toy, besides I was alone on the square. If it was a drone, I have no clue of its type. Somebody suggested that it might be a Pico balloon, but it was not plastic, nor shiny, and it's just not it.

What I find strange is that it came so close, then it went away so fast... as if it came to check me out - but who or what could/would do that? Finally, I must say: I always believed in extraterrestrial life but I never was into UAPs. Since then I'm very intrigued by the topic and I hope this wasn't my last sighting.

Two parallelogram formed objects on low altitude with constant speed and formation

Sitting on the terrace one warm summer evening, my wife noticed two objects flying by at a constant speed. I also saw how they kept their distance and flew in complete silence from east to west at low altitude. From our point of view, they had the shape of a parallelograms.They looked like two dimmed down homogenic led panels. They were quite close to each other, but their size and speed were hard to tell because of the darkness. I've made a post in the local FB group if anybody saw them. We have at least two more witnesses from the nearby towns.

Last night (4/15/2022) was near full moon phase, and since initially it was a clear cloudless sky, I went out into the front yard for some fresh air to marvel at the sky. I currently live in a rural part of Hungary with little to no light pollution so the stars and the rather frequently passing satellites are almost always easily visible. As I was taking in the interesting light conditions caused by the illumination of the moon, I spotted a faint light, what I initially suspected to be a satellite. It entered my sight of vision from the north west and it had a south-easterly heading. I normally would have dismissed it as a satellite as it mostly behaved like one; the speed seemed constant and it was heading on a straight trajectory. The only thing that made me maintain visual contact with it was that it randomly and abruptly flashed up (twice maybe 3 times) with a white light similar to what I could describe as camera flash. It wasn't plane strobe lights--I'm familiar with those--and it wasn't random due to cloud cover, as it was completely clear and all the starts around it were clearly visible. In addition to the few and random flashes, it also began to fade somewhat but then in a matter of seconds it would go back to its original brightness. All of this was still nothing out of the ordinary. The fading and the flashing I assumed could be the result of the satellite turning and reflecting the light of the sun and/or the moon (sun was obviously not visible to me as it was 21:05 (GMT+2) +/- 5 minutes). The fading I figured was the object getting slightly closer to where the moon was (thus the moon light overpowering the illumination from the sun in the back). However, I found the re-illumination a little strange, but still nothing out of the ordinary. The flashing I also attributed to the possible drone activity--due to the current situation in Ukraine there's frequent aerial military presence in the region with NATO drones monitoring the area (I regularly check adsbexchange for activity). Once again, until this point there was nothing I hadn't seen before. However, after its re-illumination, the object (I'm still having goosebumps as I'm typing this) all of a sudden (literally in a split second) accelerated while doing a half infinity symbol like loop and shot off back to where it came from with now a north-westerly heading. The acceleration and the loop-like movement happened simultaneously and in a fashion I had never witnessed before; there was no anticipation or build up of any kind--they were both instantaneous. As the object shot off to where it came from, it even left a small light flare like tail behind it (for a millisecond) similar to a tracer bullet. The acceleration with the loop like turn and the disappearance all happened in less then a second. Obviously, all of this happened without any sound so it could not have been a jet fighter (familiar with those too and they are not capable of such movement). It also wasn't a shooting star; I've seen plenty of those too and I have never seen them do a 180 turn. I couldn't believe what i had just witnessed. I then entered the house to tell a family member who in response also ran out to observer the sky. We continued to monitor the sky for a few minutes, hoping it would come back, but it obviously didn't. 10 to 15 minutes later, we went back inside, and that's when I messaged my brother about what I had seen (that's how I have the accurate time). I also checked adsbexchange to see if there was any military or drone activity in the area, but other than the usual commercial traffic (often quite busy) and a few military transport planes (US and German Military) there was nothing in the area. Even if there was, this was definitely not plane like performance. For the next hour or so, I continued to go out and check to see if I could spot something similar. I even grabbed a pair of binoculars. I observed the occasional air traffic and some common satellite movement, which I now understandably followed with more scrutiny, but for a while there was noting unusual. Then, at around 22:00+gmt (maybe +30min), a similarly satellite like object appeared from the north north west. The object was once again approaching silently with an average satellite like speed and a constant whitish glow. Once again, not unlike a common satellite. Except, this object began to slow down and eventually came to a full stop above me with a 5-10 degree deviation to the north north west from the Zenith. As it began to slow down, I once again alerted the same family member, who instantly ran out and witnessed the slowing of the object. The object then began to slowly shift back and forth, left and right, and doing little but observable adjustments in its movement. In the binoculars it seemed like a regular star accept it was slowly moving. The motion was not due to shifts in my movement (due to breathing, etc.) nor would I attribute it to the shake in the binoculars. The small movements were clearly visible by both me and the other observer. After about 5-10 minutes of no other action, a cloud cover crept in, at which point the object along with all other celestial objects were no longer observable. The rest of the night was overcast and so is the following day (4/16/2022). I couldn't take a photograph or record it on video as the light was too faint and little to be picked up on camera. The first observation happened unexpectedly and very quickly. I have no idea what this object was, but based on the physics of the first observation, this was definitely not an airplane.

The object was staying in the sky and was emitting light from huge, round lights on all of its four edges.

I went into a smaller building in the yard when I saw it. The sky was completely clear, without clouds and the Moon could not be seen.
Later I returned into the house and looked at it every 5 minutes then it disappeared. I did not see its further movements. When I last wanted to see it, a sharp light could be seen at a height of approx. 10,000 metres but no shape could be determined then. I just guess that it was the same object. At this latter height, some cloud-like material could be seen around the source of light but there had been no clouds in the sky during the day and at night either.

The attached file shows the approximate coordinates of the object's point of observation.
I was watching toward south-east, my back toward north-west.
The mentioned sharp light with haze on one side moved toward south, south-east and elevated at the same time.

I snapped a photo with my iPhone 7 and immediately after noticed the object in the photo. We (wife, 3 adult children and their 3 friends) were taking a guided tour of the Budapest castle.

Large, rectangular object obscuring portions of full moon over Budapest, Hungary.

On Saturday, August 20, at approximately 21:15, my partner and I were standing on the rooftop deck of our hotel (along with 6-8 other hotel guests) watching the spectacular fireworks that are part of the St. Stephens Day celebration. A full moon was rising in the east at an approximately 45 degree angle from the fireworks. At approximately 21:15, I noticed a solid rectangular object covering the center one-third of the moon. I pointed this out to my partner and asked her to shift her video camera from the fireworks to the moon. She was able to capture the last few minutes of this incident, as whatever this object crossed the lower half of the moon and then disappeared.

This could not not have been caused by the plume of smoke from the fireworks, as the object appeared quite solid and had perfectly straight, clearly defined edges. Nor were there any clouds in the sky that evening.

I am a professional man of 57, and my partner is a 68 year-old retired university professor. We would be happy to share our video with you.

Fixed formation of about one hundred bright spots in the night sky

Me and my girlfriend was on vacation in Budapest, Hungary this week. We had rented an old, pretty nice, apartment very close to the parliament building of Hungary. We both had trouble sleeping, so we went out on the balcony just before midnight for a smoke.

Suddenly I spot what I first believe is a flock of birds flying gently through the night sky. I keep looking at these strange birds and wonder how come they glow. The sky is pitch dark, so the only way for them to be seen is if something is shining on them from below. The flock slowly move through the sky, and they keep the same glow all the time.

Within a second it suddenly comes to me that this cannot be birds. There are about a hundred spots in the sky, in a fixed, stretched (not even) formation. Fortunately there were a lot of sky outside our balcony (there was a park, so no walls hid the sight). I kept looking at the formation for about 5 minutes, before they no longer were in my visible area.

Two spots came a little later. The last of them seemed to consist of two bright spots, rotation very closely to each other.

The fixed formation and the quantity of the spots makes me really confused. I have absolutely NO idea what this might have been. I remember thinking that it looked like a slice of the night sky was moving (it looked like stars).

They made no sound that I could hear at all.

White light with strange behaviour.

I've seen a bright white light on the sky similar to a star's light but the sky was clear other than that single light. It was moving with a steady pace toward 4-5 o'clock direction, then after a few seconds, it took a sharp turn into a 3 o'clock direction, still maintaining this steady pace. After the turn, the light slowly dimmed, then brightened up again.

After about five seconds of steadily moving, the light dimmed out, then brightened up again. After this, I've stopped observing and moved on.

Big black silent rectangle with one yellow light

I was biking in a street,going home,late night.

Suddenly i spotted a very bright,constant yellow light heading toward my direction,right under the clouds (that can be 600 meters maximum).

It had not any sound. It was not an airplane,or helicopter,since its one yellow light was not flashing.

It was going slower than an airplane,totally silent.

When it got right above me,it disappeared in the clouds,but i could see it in them.

After few secs it got out of the clouds above me,continued its flight (north to south),and from now ,I did not see its light,but i recognized its shape,that was a big black rectangle. At this time,it begun to slowly dancing.. like a dropped sheet of paper,and flew away in this method. Still heading southwards,flying "dancing", and it disappeared above the rooftops.

Whatever this was,must have seen me,because my bike has a very sharp flashing light,and this thing was flying on maximum 5-600 meters.

Its size was approx a smaller airliner,and interestingly,the yellow light on it was exactly the colour of the streetlights.

slowly moving and rotating UFO at night

I am sorry to come to the point to report the event so much time after it happened...

I live in a village (approx. 2000 residents) 25 km from Budapest. It was a winter evening (2008 or 2009) around 6 to 7 pm (fully dark). It was overcast with cloud base at approx 100 m (300 ft).

I drove home from work, parked my car in the garage and went up the (outside) stairs to enter my house. After a few steps on the stairs I could see over the garage and noticed a strange thing.

Dim blueish green light sources on a circular pattern, about 10 pcs, rotating slowly around the center, about half rotation per sec. It seemed as they were on the bottom of a circular object, which is spinning horizontally. I could not see the object itself, so unsure about its shape, because there was not any backlight. I could just see the lights on its bottom. It was about 300 m away from me and with the little reference to other objects (some tall trees) I estimate its diameter to be 15 m, and its altitude 50 m over the land. There is a main railway line at the edge of the village and it seemed a bit farther than that, over the lands.

It was hovering, no movement and the rotation was also stable. The lights were also stable in color and brightness. First I thought someone was playing with kind of a disco laser light, which would probably project similarly on a very smooth cloud base. But after about 5 seconds it started to move left (East) in a way what was very surprising to me and excluded the disco light possibility.

First it tipped left about 20 to 30 deg and started to move in that direction. Then it tipped right the same amount, and continued this slow left-right tipping, while moving slowly to East (50 kmh?), and out of my sight (other buildings, trees and terrain blocking sight).

I told my wife what I just saw and to my workmates next day.

I am an electrical engineer and have a PPL and tried to identify the object based on my knowledge, but I still cannot explain it.

I was standing on my balcony under a star-dotted clear sky, staring at the stars at around 23:28 when I noticed two particularly strong lights rather close to each other, which I first thought were stars. They somehowe seemed odd, though, as they were much brighter than any other star. I was wondering if I was witnessing an explosion of two (!) stars when, to my surprise, their light started to fade and they - simultaneously - started to move slowly to North-North-East, constantly losing their brightness, as if they were getting further and further from Earth. They kept their distance from each other all the way, as if flying in a pair. I could trace them for about three minutes before losing them - as if they had become too distant to see without any equipment.

UFO's in Hungary

A few months ago I was on a trip to see my grandmother in Hungary. I was driving to Pecs to rent a hotel for the night. My flight was a little late from Salzburg, so I was driving at night. I was driving The high way was deserted.To my amazment I saw a bright orange UFO. I never really belived in this stuff before. It was A dark orange-redish colour with a red haze around. I stopped the car and steped out. I had left the ignition on and as the UFO hovered over my car, the engine shut off. I started to get really scared.The next 2 min. I spent was gazing at it. It was a blob shaped craft was always altering its size and shape. It then accended ove my car and disapeared in a flash. Once the UFO had left, my car stared and I continued my trip to Pecs.

The craft paused and moved roughly in our direction and then moved along in its original direction. We lost sight of it when trees blocked our view. I mean when the object moved out of view behind the trees. Its not as if the trees moved deliberately to block our view. They don't do that.

Silent, Windless "Helicopter" Up-Close Night Sighting In Hungary

In the summer of 2002, I was living in Debrecen, Hungary, a city that has a wooded area in the center of it. I was driving with my wife and daughter through this wooded area at night, and I noticed something resembling a helicopter hovering and bobbing just above the trees, at the very tips of them. (These were not tall trees – about 30 feet tall.) It had lights of different colors sparsely placed all over it, and it really did not look like anything otherworldly at all. In fact, it appeared so mundane that I simply thought, “It’s odd that they would use helicopters to repair the telephone lines or whatever they’re doing up there.” Then, realizing how unlikely that was, I stopped the car, and my wife, my daughter and I all saw the same thing: a craft that resembled a helicopter against the night sky. We were close to this thing! It was literally right over our heads. And it made no wind and no sound! It just bobbed up there. We must have looked up at it for 15 seconds or so until it drifted farther away, over the forest, so that we couldn’t follow it.

small star became very bright light. Faded back to star and moved away.

I was on my balcony facing east (having a quiet smoke) and just staring at the stars. Suddenly one of the stars became bigger and brighter. At first I thought it was a plane on approach to Ferihegy, Budapest airport. They often turn the "headlamps" on when over our part of the North of Budapest. However there was no noise and the "lamp" was very, very bright. It was also very big. I estimate about the size of a finger tip with arm outstretched. Furthermore it never moved for about 10 to 15 seconds. Then the light faded back to a small star size over a period of about 10 seconds and moved north and disappeared after another 10 seconds. The move to the north was only about two hand widths before it vanished. I thought it could have been an aircraft turning away from me. But aircraft with landing lamps do not turn that quickly. There was no noise and no other aircraft lamps (strobe, etc). I have watched other aircraft this evening and when they are near (about 2 miles) I can see the other lamps and the "headlamps" are not anywhere near the size or the brightness of the unidentified flying object. Here I speak literally rather than emotionally. Another thought was of a meteorite. But meteorites move quickly. This was stationery and then moved to one side after fading. Very strange. Any thoughts?

I am a Hungarian and I live in Zürich, Switzerland. I very offen going to Hungary with auto. When my first son was born at 05.08.2001 from this date a couple of day I went to Hungary again. First I have to tell you since Iam a kid I am watching "extreterrestial signs," so might be my brain playing with me.

About two in the morning I passed the Austrian and Hungarian Border. I drove about twenty minutes, wenn I saw very strange "lightings" front of me in the air but not so high. I dont know why I stopped .

First I thought lot of little helicopter I`ve seen. Verticalli and horizontali, a shape like a football-field with lot of little flashing lights, and this lights were flashing not in the same time. Up and down, right and left.there was no noise at all.this "object " could be from me about 1-2km.

The "object "in the air was no more than 1km.( I guess) The"object" was moving relatively slowly. The "object" was moving the direction from Hungary toward Austria. I was watching the lights and it seemed from the way that was flashing and moving that Iwas seeing something solid-massiv, wide and high not something little aircrafts moving separate near to each other.

I have to add to this that was night no other source of lights near to me.

Large bright object slowly and silently glided across the sky, then instantly accelerated and disappeared.

My father, brother, and I were watching a classic movie late at night when all of a sudden, a bright light crept into our peripheral vision. My dad instantly ran to the window and out onto the balcony while screaming “What on earth is that?” My brother and I excitedly jumped up and followed him onto the balcony where for a few seconds we watched this thing in awe as it slowly and silently glided across the sky towards the south west.

The object was travelling at an approximate altitude of 300 meters (1000 ft), and it was large (definitely larger than any commercial or military aircraft). I also remember it emitting an interestingly illuminated dark reddish powder like substance. I say “interestingly” because it wasn’t actually illuminated yet it was still easily visible against dark sky. The best I can describe it is coloured powder like the ones thrown around in India during the Holi Festival, but in the dark.

A few moments after spotting and staring at the object, my dad asked me to get my mum who had fallen asleep on the couch. As I was getting my mum to wake up, my brother and my dad witnessed the object instantaneously accelerate in a southernly heading and disappear into the horizon.

Witnessing the object was strange enough, but what made the experience even weirder was that a few days later, it was reported in one of the regional newspapers that radar personnel and other facility members at an air force base in the city of Kecskemet had also spotted an unidentified object.

This was in 1991, so there was no way of finding out anything else about the sighting other than whatever was reported in the newspaper (which at the time was validating enough).

The incident remained in the back of my mind as an interesting experience for over 20 years until I needed a topic for a university project. I decided to use this experience as a narrative for a graphic short story, which also allowed me to recall and visualize the incident.

As I researched the event further, to my surprise, I came across a Hungarian news report about the event. Since then, I have also found that the incident was also included in a CIA pdf list, referred to as Black Vault, which became available to the public after the United States government passed the Freedom of Information Act.

The 'object' made an extremely high speed turn which would be impossible with our traditional technology even today.

Approximate time shown (it happened more than half a century ago). Walking along with friend in a northerly direction on the left bank of the Danube river of South Budapest. The river flows at this point quite accurately in the N-S dirction. We both were engineering students, the school was out, absolutely perfect day - no clouds, bright sunshine. Discussing some technical problems, we stopped for a few seconds and turned around. With amazement, we saw a brilliant spot on the sky at about 35 degrees elevation about 245 degrees direction - the sun was now behind our backs. It was impossible to judge the distance of the spot, but it exhibited strong flickering light from it assumed to be the result of the air mass turbulence, similarly to star watching, indicating several miles. There were no aircraft of any kind in the vicinity. The size of the spot was approximately 2-3 times the diameter of Jupiter as can be seen from Earth. We do not know, how long the object was there before we noticed it, but it was stationary, no movement detected when we spotted it. It hung there for about 30 seconds or so, then very slowly drifted to the right from our vantage point - to the Westerly direction, and stopped for several seconds. After about 15 seconds, it started out in the same westerly direction, accelerating very rapidly, after moving about 15 degrees at an extremely high speed now, it took an abrupt turn 90 degrees to the North (from our position), kept moving with extreme speed, then slowly faded out.

It was a Communist system in command at that time in Hungary, but apparently it overlooked the press report, because it reported that 200 thosand people called in about this phenomenon. That was the first and last official report on the subject.

The most advanced aircraft at that time in that region were the Mig series (15, and up) Russian vehicles, somewhat later. The only rockets at that time were the German V1 and the V2 rockets. At any rate, the extrmely high speed right angle turn (could not see any turning radius whatsoever) would have torn apart any conventional earthly craft by the lateral vector. I was speculating as to whether it could have been an aerial phenomenon - concentrated ligt focused overhead, etc. - but I had to discount these theories, I found no credible report on such phenomenon in the scientific field in the past 50 years. I have never reported this event before.
