Three red lights in a very large triangle and a single entity

I work in maintenance at the Lidl in Pornic in Brittany at night. My boss sent me to the vehicle to get a vacuum cleaner. As I was leaving, I immediately noticed a large mass and three red lights forming a huge triangle that was moving very slowly and silently. I saw a couple in a car in the parking lot and asked them if they saw it too, and they replied that they were going to move their car. I insisted and showed them the sky, and the woman said she was scared, while the young man said it was crazy and filmed the scene. I ran to get my colleagues, who were slow to believe me and come... When I went back out with my colleagues, there was nothing anymore. The young man confirmed my version and showed his video... We all observed together much further away a single red light appearing, making some strange movements, then disappearing.

Je travailler en maintenance au lidll de pornic en Bretagne et de nuit.mon chef ma envoyé au véhicule chercher un aspirateur. En sortant je remarque de suite une grosse masse et trois lumiere rouge formant un immense triangle qui se déplace très lentement et sans bruit..je vois sur le parking un couple en voiture je leur demande si il vois comme moi et me réponde qu il vont bouger leur voiture. J insiste et leur montre le ciel et la la femme dit avoir peur le jeune homme dit que c es un trucs de fou et film la scène. Light on and under the sea

Night: Intense extreme light above the sea pulsating and dividing into several orbs sometimes going under water by changing shapes. I saw a saucer closely followed by a military drone; I clearly saw it very large with turquoise blue lights!!!

I heard and then saw a kind of drone moving like a helicopter but it didn't have the same sound as a normal helicopter; it had red lights behind and in front of it. It was closely following a large oval saucer with turquoise blue lights all around it! Then the saucer suddenly vanished, and there was nothing left; the helicopter drone turned around again, but there was nothing anymore, and then it left. This happened quite low; I saw the saucer very clearly. I had opened my window and had my head outside!! I called the gendarmes, but no one listened to me; I was sent away! I am still in shock! I would like to find images or something; it is important for people to know! And I would like to be reassured; I am a worried mother.

J’ai vu une soucoupe suivi de près d’un drone de l’armée je l’ai très clairement vu très gros avec des lumière bleue turquoise !!!



J’ai entendu et ensuite vu un espèce de drone qui se déplacer comme un hélicoptère mais qui n’avais pas le même son qu’un hélicoptère normal il avait des lumière rouge derrière et devant lui il suivait de très près un soucoupe ovale avec des lumières bleue turquoise tout autour cetai très gros ! Ensuite la soucoupe c’est volatilisé d’un coup et plus rien l’espèce d’hélicoptère drone a tourner encore une fois mais il n’y avai plus rien il es ensuite partie . Cela c’est produit assez bas j’ai très bien vu la soucoupe très clairement vu Javai ouvert ma fenêtre et j’avais la tête dehors !! J’ai appeler les gendarmes, mais personne ne m’a écouter on m’a envoyer balader ! Je suis encore sous le choc ! J’aimerai qu’on retrouve des images ou quelque chose c’est important que les gens sache ! Suddenly my son showed me the entry of a boomerang v shape thing 38000 ft above france 10am flight jet2 from london to menorca Spain flight LS-1513 staff was informed as it was dazzling and fast and it zipped diagonally and then spun around on its axis and was brilliant then moved away into the horizon very fast. It was much larger than the few jet planes that moved around in the sky and were dark with clear plane shapes. This was nothing like a plane or weather balloon. It happened too fast and was unable to video it but we both saw it from the window from left side of plane seats 19A and B.

Luminous, transparent, bluish, long rectangular object with myriad of lights moving silently across the night sky.

I was outside, lying on a lounger on the patio looking vaguely up at the sky - already dark - when suddenly a long, thin luminous object went overhead silently on a NW-SE heading. Its passage/ visibility lasted about 45 secs.

It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen in the air, or heard of in terms of UFOs.

It was about 10 times as long as it was wide, apparently transparent, with the “body” full of bluish-white points of light. After a few seconds a bright flash of white light appeared briefly at the front.

I rushed inside to get my binoculars, which took me 30 seconds. The binoculars didn’t reveal any more details before it either faded away or went into cloud.

Its appearance reminded me of one of the strange luminous deep-sea creatures one sees on documentaries, rather than a manmade object, except that it was rectangular and kept its shape.

I have reported this sighting to the French authorities (Geipan).

I was at work at night, and I went outside for a smoke and I saw a light that was moving in the sky. That was not flashing or anything else, just slowly moving in the same direction. I often see chopper or plane above pour town due to the delta of the Loire (they need to check for boat and stuff like this). In this area we have a airplane manufacturing plant (Airbus) and they often move parts of plane with other planes but this wasn't a plane at all. Airbus use that one call the "Beluga" : its big and make a huge noise when it moves but this time there was no sound at all. Completely silent and it was keeping the same path which the Beluga do not follow. We also have a ancient nazi submarine base in our town that was from the WW2. (I don't know if its relevant but I thought every details could be important.) The light was just moving straight forward, no sound and finally disappear in the distance. The video I took is only a few seconds but I saw it for like 3 or 4 minutes. (on the screenshot of Google maps i've send to you I tried to estimate the direction.)

CCTV camera oriented South-East, capturing an object moving South to North direction.

On November 11th 2023, between 6:36 39s and 6:36 43s PM, a fast-moving light, captured by my CCTV IR camera in Marquette-lez-Lille, appearing behind trees, at an estimate speed between Mach 2 to 4.
The object has been globally following an S>N trajectory.
Trees (poplars) are between 30 to 50 meters away from the camera, and they're very high (25? 30 meters?)
I was watching at the screen when it appeared, in a room with an open door to the outside, and no noise was heard at this moment.
After checking flightradar.com, there was not flight in the area possible to be mistaken with this objects.
On the original recording, flights before and after can clearly be seen as a reference to compare. The sky was clear on that day.
A bright star can also be seen in this footage, on its logical position for that day.
The object is clearly moving behind the trees, and can't be a bug in the IR light.(IR exposition doesn't exceed 20 - 30 meters).

1 object which was of black colour and teardrop shape flying low and very fast over the top of the alps. The craft appeared to be small about the size of a fighter jet completely travelling very fast as it covered a huge distance in 10-20 seconds. The object had a beam grey smoked coming from the bottom of it into the ground below. This was not making a mark on the mountains though.

I have a habit of looking at the sky through the skylight in my house whenever I wake up at night. That night, my attention was drawn to two luminous points that were distinct from the stars, and I noticed they were moving symmetrically. They were spaced apart and moving slowly. I watched them for about a good five minutes before they were no longer visible.

Huge bright white, circular, spinning object hovered over forrest in Rural France

On the evening on Feb 21 2010 my husband and I noticed a very bright star in the sky - as we watched it, it seemed to have a tail. On closer observation, it was not a star at all but had the same bright light - no color, only bright whight light. it moved in a circular motion but at the same time was able to move sideways. There was another circle inside of the larger one (see video). We called our neighbors who live about 5 miles from us and asked them to go outside and check - they too could see the same. The object hovered very high above the forest in front of our house in rural France. Its all farm land and vineyards out here and at night you can see the stars very clearly. This was not a star. Location: While traveling in a TGV, from Lille to Charles du Gaule airport - Paris, after the outskirts of Douai.

Sun: It was just after 20:00 and the day was pretty clear, I was traveling towards south, and the sighting happened towards east/northeast, as the train moved away. The sun was in the opposite side of the train from where I saw the UFO.

Weather: Sparse clouds with noticeable movement because of the wind.

Velocity: The train was traveling at more than 100Km/h and less than 160Km/h, judging from nearby highway traffic observed later in the trip.

Sighting: I was traveling in a seat facing the opposite direction of train movement, and first observed the object in the closest distance in the entire sighting. I noticed a white, long object (slimmer than an airliner) with an apparent size that for me at first felt like a bus- sized object.

As I was moving my point of view along with the train, the object always seemed static, staying above the same place.

No other aircraft was seem during the sighting, but later on I saw airplanes and their movement is very discernible.

As I moved away I could see only its ‘front’, ‘round’ side, that reflected very well the light of the sun allowing for me to see it for more 4-5Kms. This view was partially obscured by thin clouds, so my notion of initial size can be wrong. As I moved away it became a shining white dot.

I lost sight after the train track got lower than ground level in a ditch, and made a curve toward Arras.

Grey triangle with an white orb in each corner, flew within 100ft of passenger plane.

The craft was firstly a couple of miles away and maybe 500ft below us, it looked like 2 orbs spinning towards each other, one was red, one was green.

Within seconds of noticing the orbs, the craft flew over us, it was so close I felt like I could touch it, it flew within 100ft of the plane, we couldn't hear any noise.

The craft that passed over us was about as 100ft in size, long triangular shape, grey coloured in the middle and darker grey on the skirting of the craft. There was 1 white coloured orb in each corner of the craft which didn't emit any light. The craft was completely smooth, no panels, no wording on the craft. Lastly there was what appeared to be an LED flash in each corner of the craft as it went past, the top of the triangle was flashing green, the bottom right was flashing green and the bottom left was flashing red. It appeared these "LEDs" were attached to the side of craft, it also looked about 30 stories high in height.

I've never seen anything move so quick and so close to a passenger plane, it caused no threat but it was still terrifying to see so closely. Incredible experience.

Collection of orange orbs in French night sky

I was on holiday at my dads house in France. Rue de St Remy, Lathus. It was 1:16am and I was lying in bed when something caught my eye out the window, there is no blind or curtain. I looked and saw multiple orange orbs gliding through the sky . Lathus is a small village with no street lights. The sky was pitch black so the orbs were very noticeable. There were no clouds so nothing obstructed my view.

I immediately turned off my bedside lamp and went to the window and started to record on my iPhone. At first I was filming through the window pane, I then opened the window (it opens inwards) so that is a jerky part in the video. The orbs show as white on the video but in actuality they were bright orange, silent and steady.

I don’t judge distance well so can not give an estimate of how close they were but they were vivid and bright. Directly opposite the house I was in is another house with a graveyard directly behind it. I have included pictures with red lines drawn to show directionality of where I was viewing from and where the orbs travelled to.

All the orbs followed the same direction as each other. You see them disappear in the video, this is when each one passed behind the house opposite me. What puzzled me is that they did not appear again anywhere, they went behind that house and simply vanished.

You can not see the house opposite in the video, as already said, it was pitch black so nothing showed up.

Three moving objects in sky.

Touring Paris taking pics. I actually did not notice them when I took pic and I know your site says not to report if that’s the case. However, the pic is in live view and the three, blueish lit, half sphere objects are moving when the camera and background are not. It is weird that they move in perfect uniform and kind of look like hanging light fixtures… but again, they are moving and the background is not and we are outside so they can’t be a reflection through a window. Also, the height angle would be weird anyway. Additionally, they each have a small light in the top as well as the larger lights on the bottom. Light fixtures don’t normally have a light on the top. I don’t know. No idea. Thought I’d share. It’s been years but I’ve always wondered. I’m adding other pics taken same time and location that don’t have anything like it so it seems like my camera didn’t glitch.

My wife and I were walking onto the beach from atop sand dunes at Bleriot Plage near Calais in Northern France. We live in Dover, England, but have a holiday home in Calais.

I started taking landscape type photos from the top of the dunes, but then noticed a twinkling light approximately 200 yards out to sea. It was small and approximately mid way between my viewpoint and the coastal village of Sangatte.

I drew my wife's attention to it and we could not understand what it was. I took my second camera with a long zoom lens and looked at it. The image seen was two orange balls, twinkling, and something connecting them, which appeared to be twinkling. At no time did the object move either up or down or in any direction.

At first my wife thought it was a light placed on top of Dover Castle, however it was the wrong direction and coastal haze prevented viability further than a few miles out to sea. The object continued to twinkle for a period of about 5 minutes.

I took a number of photographs, the object appeared to be changing shape, with the two objects seeming to merge into one, which had a distinct saucer shape. After which the object seemed to disappear.

My initial landscape photos were taken with a different camera, fitted with a wide angled lens. On studying these pictures, there appears to be a disturbance in the sky where the object appeared.

I take pictures in both jpeg and raw. The images I am sending you are jpeg images which are slightly over exposed due to the brightness of the sun. The raw files I have contain about three times the information of jpegs, these have not been touched so far.

Black silent hight speed triangle.

I was watching the sky at night expecting some falling stars, when I saw for a second, with no noise at all, a fully black triangle, passing by at very high speed, at more or less 200 meters high. I only had the opportunity to see it because as I was watching. It emitted a brief two spots flashlights. It couldn’t have been a regular plane, as regular planes have constant blue/red lights, and they make noise!!!

I looked in the direction the object was flying but didn’t notice any other light coming from it.

Again, I only saw it for a glimpse of an eye, but I’m sure of what I’ve seen!

A very strange rectangular UFO

I and my friend went out to see stars, especially the constellation of Perseus. As soon as I looked to the constellation on the same direction (East), I immediately saw a rectangular very black ship (UFO) with 5 red and yellow light below the craft (I have maked a very exact drawing of the UFO) which was crossing the sky at about 150 meters in altitude (or perhaps more) and with relatively slow speed (not fast) coming from east to west direction. Immediately I show the object to my friend, but he couldn’t see it at first (he finally saw the object after 15 seconds) because the sky was black, and the object also (even more black than the sky). I said to my friend to make signal with a small torch he had, and in the same time I make some signs toward the object with my arms (hands). Suddenly (and I’m at 100% sure of what I see, even if my friend said that he was not sure about this part of the story. I have to say that he has not a very good eyesight) the red light which was in the middle of the object, start to move (I had the feeling that it was a big eye absolutely alive, and watching me, scanning me) become bigger (came little bit out of its orbit) with kind of a jerky movement, at left or right!! I confess that at that moment I got a little afraid! The thing is that all that night, we had both the absolute feeling of being watched or telepathically connected to someone or something invisibles (very positive feeling).

A big cigar shaped craft over the highway.

My partner and I were driving on the highway back from a trip to Switzerland; it was about 02:00 AM when we arrived at about 200 meters from the toll gate Porte-Lès-Valence direction south, I noticed 5 large yellow orange lights pulsing a few meters above the toll gate.

As we approached I saw that these lights where positioned on a dark cigar like craft. Then after a few seconds, the craft gained altitude and disappeared into the clouds.

I reported what I saw to my girlfriend sitting on the passenger seat, but she didn’t have enough time to see it before it disappeared.

At this time the Highway was empty and I didn’t notice any other car around.

Bright large orange triangle hovers and moves, sets off alarm

There was still daylight, when I stepped into my room at around 9:30 pm to close the window shutters. As soon as I entered the room, through the window I saw a large and extremely shiny silent triangle hovering over the ground in front of a tree in our outdoor garden. It was facing my window.

I stopped in my tracks and observed the object, wondering if it was some kind of climate phenomenon or unusual lighting, but quickly understood this was most likely not the case.

The triangle was flat, with clear borders, and its inside looked like a very shiny, almost fiery, orange hologram (I could see the tree located behind through it).

It was a bit taller than a small van. The center was pinkish, as well as its corners.

Whereas usually at this time of day there are many birds flying around, there were eerily none to be seen near the area at that time.

I wanted to make sure I was truly witnessing what I was seeing so I approached the window and started screaming and calling to other family members to come and see. My husband and children rushed in and by then the triangle had started to slowly move diagonally towards the sky and to become smaller. We all kept oohing and aahing at it until the triangle became very small, changed its position to lay flat in the sky and gave off a set of very brief and beautiful bright red lights, suddenly disappearing into thin air.

Immediately after this happened, we received a call from our alarm providers. My mother in law has a medical alarm that consists of a button she presses if she needs medical help. The alarm necklace was hanging high from a lamp in my room at the time and our providers stated they were calling because the medical alarm was set off, and they wanted to know if everything was all right. Obviously, no one had touched the alarm button at all while we were in the room watching the unidentified flying object.

I'm living in south of France Cap D'Ail. I would like to report a UFOs sighting that i have captured using my cellphone (iphone5) camera. What amazed me after 3 shots that i took, is that I didn't notice the object at that time.

It was a terrible weather that day of June 13, 2013. We are expecting a powerful thunderstorm that day so i took a photo of the clouds forming just above the yacht. Powerful lightning was experienced that day cutting electricity 4-5 times all over 4-5villages. It was not a plane nor a helicopter, it was totally different. I tried to zoom the image and did some color changing just to figure out exactly the shape of the object using an enhancement application in the phone and i keep on having a dark shade beneath the object itself like a source of heat or something.

Some could argue that it's a clouds forming shapes which i thought it was but clouds cannot do a triangular shapes. i do have a photo of clouds making a circular shapes but! triangular shapes with almost perfect straight line that is a bit "impossible". The second object can also be seen at the far right of the photos and it appear from the first photo until the last and it appear to hover or move up and down base on the object different positions.

I am sharing this genuine photo just to hope that someone out there may enlighten us to what exactly this objects.

Ufo behind my camera on solar halo

Today, I have a lunch with my family. Suddenly, I saw a huge halo around the sun, inside the halo, the sky was gray, but around the halo, the sky was perfect blue. And the halo was perfectly in circle around the sun!

In front of this spectacle, I took my camera and I take two photos. One at 12h54 pm, and te second in 12h55 pm.

At first, I have not seen the thing with my bare eyes. But when I look the photography, I can SEE this thing, I don't know what is this, but seems like an UFO.

Nice, France On November 18, 2012 at 22:50 we were taking pictures of the view of Nice from our balcony. Then we looked back at the photo we had taken, and saw two green triangles and something blue between them. The UFO must have only been there for a few seconds. A very bright (magnitude equal to that of Venus, i.e. -4.50) orange/yellow ball moving SE-NE in clear sky. Disappeared after 30 secs

I live in a small village in Normandy, France, about 80 miles west of Paris. I am familiar with night sky, and often enjoy watching satellites go over, particularly the ISS. I subscribe to the “Heavens above” web site.

On the evening of May 16 2012, around 22:50, I was on my patio when I looked up at the sky (almost clear of clouds), hoping to see a satellite or two. It was late dusk, and I could see the Great Bear and Polaris, but the majority of stars were not yet visible.

Some 10°-12° south-east of the Great Bear, probably in Bootes (but I couldn’t yet see its stars), I saw a very bright yellow-orange object moving slowly SE-NW (at about the “speed” of a satellite). Its magnitude (brightness and dimension) was comparable to Venus (which was just above the W horizon at that time), i.e. about -4.5. Like Venus, it did not twinkle, but its edges were hazy. I didn’t hear any engine or propulsion noise (but a commercial jet aircraft went over about 15 minutes later heading SW-NE, and the noise of its engines was very faint).

I thought it was the ISS (but its colour and brightness seemed unusual), and after watching it for about a minute I went inside to collect my binoculars, which took no more than 30 seconds, but when I was back on the patio the object had completely disappeared. I waited a couple of minutes, thinking that it was behind cloud (but I couldn’t see any cloud), then I swept the region with my binoculars, without seeing anything other than the low-magnitude stars not yet visible to the naked eye.

A visit to "Heavens-above.com" revealed that the ISS was not due to pass over my region at that time.

Apart from ball lightning, I was unable to find a “natural” explanation, so I reported it (by email) to the French GEIPAN site. They were very responsive, but concluded that I had seen a satellite (IGS1B) which is out of control, and subject to surges of brightness and is becoming difficult to predict.

In view of the colour and brightness of the object I saw, this does not convince me. I’m not aware of any satellite that is that bright (even the ISS doesn’t usually exceed a magnitude of -2), and its sudden disappearance is difficult to explain, even for an erratic satellite.

After some thought I am posting the report here for your comments.

Silver cylinder, reflecting sun and with a strong silver flash before to disapear.

First of all sorry for my english. My wife and I were in our car, 40 km from Paris, going to Normandy (on highway). I was driving quite slowly when my wife saw and pointed a static cylinder near clouds on the left side of the highway. It was very bright (sliver), apparently reflecting the sun like an airplane could do but with no wings, no sound, just like a metallic cylinder shape... The sky was perfectly clear with just some clouds in one spot (the cylinder was very near from that spot).

We were watching "that," and suddenly a very very very bright light like under a spotlight much more brighter than the sun appeared during perhaps 5 or 10 seconds.

After that, he disapeared like a gun bullet.. a condensation trail appeared slowly and after 2 minuts a beautifull clouds appeared where was the cylinder and got stuck with the others clouds just near. It was a very beautiful scene. Very peaceful.

I'm 45 years old, my wife is 37 and early pregnant at that time.

Bright white lights (one at the time) switching on and off at an irregular fashion. All atitudes above 10,000 feet all directions

Since a couple of months I see bright white lights in the clear night skies over southern France. From 22.00 hours onwards and from 10.000 feet upwards on different tracks and altitudes. Their appearances are different from conventional aircraft moving along the sky since no strobe lights or anti-collision lights are visible (not even with binoculars magnifying 20 X) and no sounds are heard. The lights are frequently switched on or off. When off, you will see a small speck of light moving along. Their speeds are that of a normal jet aircraft or slightly higher and they don’t seem to follow the normal air routes.

Summary : This is a reconstitution of my observation on October 1, 2011 at 17:00 in FRANCE,Yvelines. 7 witnesses . Complete testimony at GEIPAN. Investigation in progress october and november 2011.

Size of the object indefinite but probably higher than 10 meters. aspect metal, rigid, perfectly regular rotation movement. Reaction of all the witnesses: stupor and escape because impact awaited on the ground.The object didn't touch the ground but went up in altitude.

My Story : On Saturday October 1, 2011 about 17:00, we were 4 people in the garden of my house.

One of us noticed in the sky an oval object of form (cylindrical) descendant at high speed in our direction. We could very clearly distinguish its form of gray "capsule" like the simulation on video, smooth.

The object rotated rather slowly without noise. Thinking that this mass which seemed metal came from a plane or d' a satellite in perdition we jumped in the car as soon as possible to move away. At this time this object quite visible, was located at Carrières sous Poissy near a pond. We lost sight of the fact in our escape then it was perhaps in a stationary state with less than 2 km d' altitude.

We returned 10 min afterwards; The object was no more there and nothing abnormal produced.

Later other witnesses saw the object going up in altitude while always spinning on itself.

bright white light movement

A white bright light I have been watching for at least 30 minutes.

It pulsates and disappears and re appears but not in relation to the stars around it, as well as the sky around it brightens slightly before it appears, like a torch shining in a mist effect.

I have seen two planes fly near it one above and one below at the same time and thought I saw a streak of light from the bottom plane.

The light has moved throughout the time period moving east and slightly higher in the ssky than when I first saw it and I think I have seen smaller adjusting movements when it is visble and that have seen light projections something akin to solar flares off it, it vanishes and then comes back somewhere else. It is much brighter than the other stars and from the normal stars I see from my window. Ok I just saw it move to the left from my perspective which I think must be north. It is difficult to say since I don't have any thing to relate it to, because it is higher then the tree.

It is not as bright as it was earlier though

White Orbs attach to Black Triangle in South of France 1st July 2011 at 10.15pm

1st July 2011 at 10.15pm. I was driving on the A7 motorway, between Mornas & Piolenc France. I noted that about 14 to 17 white orbs in the nights sky, just to the right of the motorway. At this time they were all stationery, all spread out , over 1 km, no pattern at all.

After a short time, the bright white orbs, all moved to a single spot in the sky, all at the same time. It now looked like one large white light in the sky. after 2 seconds, from the 6 o’clock position they started to move one by one very fast to the lift, then attach themselves to a very big round or oval shaped platform in the sky. (apx 2000 ft ) I did not see this at the time, as it had no lights on the underside.

All the orbs attached to this platform, and at this point all the white orbs went out, leaving a orange glow to the under side of the craft. 1 second later 3 lights came on, 1 at the front, and 2 at the back, It now looked like a black triangle. It moved to the lift across the A7! very slowly, it then tilted to the right, and sped away, up in the sky at great speed.

At the time I first looked at this, I was driving at 130km per hour. but unknowingly slow down to 40 km per hour, to look at this in the sky. No one passed me on this motorway, all the car had slowed down, I was not the only one to see this on this night.

3 red lights in a triangle formation seen in the French sky

We (family of four, a 12 year old girl, 16 year old boy, 43 year old woman and 59 year old man) all witnessed 3 small, circular red lights moving slowly and silently across the night sky from South East to North West, before gradually fading from view.

They were in a triangle formation, but then moved into a straight line. Although it looked like 3 separate lights, because they were so equally spaced and were moving together we all came to the conclusion that it was a dark coloured or black triangular-shaped craft (although we could not make this out) with a red light at each point.

There were also several passenger planes travelling north to south as we are underneath a busy flight corridor, although the object we saw looked nothing like a plane (and made no sound).

Orange lights crossing the sky in Alencon (Normandy) 08/22/2010.

About 1:30 or 1:45 AM, I was looking at the sky: a few clouds, very light, going in the wind sense : South to North, maybe 500 to 700 meters altitude. Almost Full moon.

I was on the terrace of my friend's appartment in center of Alençon city, Normandy.

Suddenly, 2 orange lights, flying parallel, just on top of clouds from North to South appeared (opposite of wind). Distant fom maybe 50 meters each (depends on altitude they were and from my position). They crossed the sky untill I couldn't see them due to roofs without any sound. Fixed lights, faster than a plane so way faster than a sattelite...

Digital camera caught an airborne object from the vista of the village of Mons, France.

I discovered the strange object in the photo the morning after we visited Mons as I was looking through my transferred photos on my MacBook. I don't believe that anyone else saw the object either as it happened.

I was standing with my wife and my inlaws near the village lawn of Mons, France taking pictures with my Canon digital PowerShot. There were at least 7 other people within 50 yards of us. Neither my family nor I saw the object with our naked eyes, or heard any noises. I don't have any reason to believe that anyone else around us saw the object either. I was the only person taking photos as far as I am aware, and the photo is the only evidence that something was there.

2 photos were taken of the exact same spot in less than a 1 minute time span. The first photo showed nothing. The object appears in the second photo only. We decided it could not be a blimp because it would have shown in the first photo.

We looked at the photo on my MacBook over dinner, and discussed all the possible things it could be - pollen, insect, debris falling from the sky, glitch in the camera, etc. We all agreed that whatever it was, it had to have happened quickly and without much noise, because everyone on the village lawn was oblivious to it.

That evening on returning home, I saw a strong white light to the east, when I watched it seemed surrounded by a blue halo and moved very quickly to the north and then disappeared without making any sound.

I was astounded.

I do not know what altitude was the object, the sky was clear and it was night.

This was not a satellite or an airplane, they are seen regularly around here (100 km / 60 miles south-east of Paris) Then a few seconds later an airliner coming from the south flew not far from the area.

On the 13th of February 2009, I was out on my terrace having a smoke, when I saw two "lights" flying next to each other in the distance they made a 45 degree turn and headed straight to the ground, no noise or bang or anything, I couldnt see anything else after this,, I told my wife what I saw,, her reply was "yeah yeah",,,, anyway I went back out again 10 minutes later and saw the same lights again (but not in the same place as the originals, this time there was about 8 of them in the formation of a triangle, slowly moving towards the sky, as they accelerated two of them appeared to be "juddering" out of the formation,, they then dissapeared into the sky without a trace,,, thankfully my wife saw them this time round and she was amazed too....There was no way this was a light or beam or anything, for me it was the real thing, and I have never seen anything like it before in all my life, they did appear to be around the CERN site (it is only 10 minutes drive from us),

20/12/08 Le Mans -France. 10 smoking lights, formed in a circle with inner ring of lights. Over motorway

On Saturday 20th December 2008, at approx. 18:00 my husband and I were travelling along the A11 motorway just past Le Mans in France, when I looked out of the window and saw what apeared to be a weird cloud formation (fog like) travelling at the same speed as our vehicle (80mph). Then all of a sudden a circle of lights, about 10, with an inner circle of lights, crossed in front of our vehicle, from left to right and then back again. At this point my husband who was driving also witnessed this. Although no solid body of a ship could be seen the formation and movements of the lights would be as if they were part of a solid moving object.

The lights indicated an object that would have been the size of 4 lanes of the motorway, they came across the motorway low flying, stopped, rotated and shot off at considerable speed, until they could no longer be seen. I thought this would be the end of our encounter, when suddenly the lights were back, crossed in front of us right to left, rotated and shot off, again disapearing from sight. They returned again and I could see them from the left hand window of our vehicle, slightly lagging behind. The whole incident lasted about 10-15 minutes before I could no longer see them.

My camera was not handy, so I did not get a photograph. I did not want to take my eyes off of the lights for one minute. I should have written every detail down at the time but did not. I counted the outer ring of lights, sure that I would never forget how many there were, I am fairly sure there were 10 but it is amazing how even when something truly amazing happens if you don’t write it down imediately, you doubt yourself.

The lights were dull and smoking which is why when they were side on apeared cloud like. My husband and I were travelling to Switzerland where we were on holiday for 3 weeks. I have suffered from a nervous skin condition ever since.

My husband and I are nearly 50 years old. My husband is an accountant and not the sort of person who imagines things. Niether of us had been drinking, or taking any form of medication and although we wear glasses for driving, know that what we saw that day we will probably never witness again.

the looking like afterburning lights moved steadily at relatively slow speed ( guess= < 200 kts )

I’m a retired military jet pilot ( fighter bomber sqn ).

It was about 23h15.

Being outside and looking at the sky I saw 3 different long streams of light looking like afterburning lights but much longer (3 to 4 times longer) and with more residuals in it. 2 streams were very closed together, one was a little beside and behind. Directions was from North to South.

I was listening for sound but it was as quite as normal. That was very strange. The altitude seemed quite low, about maybe 1500 ft AGL, although very difficult to say.

When back inside I went on internet to see if there where any comments. Than I decided to report it.

Seen on google maps, in the sky there is an oval purple shape.

I was looking at a house on Google maps in France, and when I looked in the sky I saw a purple oval shape. When I navigated down the road (still on Google maps), I looked up again and it had disappeared.

It is only visible from a certain part of the road. The address is ‘La Planche, Vivonne, 86370, FRANCE, on the D4 road.

When you get to the pavilion house with blue shutters and blue gate with a big hedge out the front, you should see a ‘30’ speed limit sign, then go down the road. You should be in front of a field, and then look up in the sky, and there it is!

triangle shaped craft exceeding 10000 miles an hour speed

While travelling easterly on D117 in the Maury valley near Perpignan France a perfect triangle craft crossed at umbelivable speed North to south it was probably not above 3000 feet AGL and zip just above avoiding the mountain pics, summit to summit the valley is 2 miles wide the occurence lasted half a second, it was not humanly possible to sustain such manoeuver, approximate speed over 10000 miles an hour without sonic bang.

Strange object with distintive light formation made two pass,s over our back garden.

Strange light formation seen in the sky. It proceeded directly in the direction of our house and made a sweep along the edge of village. It then shot back in the direction it had come from and then came back and made another sweep. before it came back the second time we managed to grab binnoculars and digital camera.

I never believed in this sort of thing before this night ! but what I saw changed my mind. It was very large and travelled so fast with little noise. The only noise came slightly after it passed and was not a mechanical noise. There was very distinctive white lights and also coloured lights underneath as it passed. We managed to get two photos.

Triangular shaped UFO over Nice, south of France (January 2007)

This "sighting" happened in Nice, South of France, in January 31st around 18h30.

I was driving home after work with my girlfriend, and as usual I took the highway A8 from Antibes to Nice.

When we were passing by Villeneuve Loubet we noticed a very intense and bright light on the sky, more or less 250 meters above ground.

At the beginning I thought it could be an airplane, because the Nice Airport wasn't that far. My girlfriend suggested that maybe it could be an helicopter.

But as soon we were approaching, we realized that the speed was very very slow.

Its direction was opposite to ours, like it was taking the highway direction opposed to us.

As we passed under it we were surprised to see that it had a triangular shape, with the same size as a small airplane. Besides the strong light in the front, we saw green lights (which weren't blinking) on the borders.

The sky was already dark at that time, but it seemed that this object had a dark color too. Between dark grey and black.

I was driving with a speed around 80Km/h which allowed us to have a small glimpse of some of its details.

If it was a normal aircraft for sure it hadn't any normal patterns.

Hello to everyone .

This is our lifetime first experience . We are a very mature French couple and we did not trust any storie about OVNI'S until this day August 14 2006 at 12.35 noon local time .

EVENT : Going back to our country side by car and after passing the little town of st vallier de thiey located in the south of france above grasse , our attention was attired by a circular metallic gray object flying slowly in the sky at about 1000 metres high above the highest mountain dominating the town .The object was located few kilometers away from us but Difficult to give a real distance . Anyway , the object looked bigger than a regular plane. Suddenly after few seconds , the object emitted a very bright light wich made us blind for few seconds . After that , we saw him again at the same place and look at each other . but when we looked at him again , he disapeared totally . We looked for it for few minutes but no trace at all .

I must precise that we are in summer time and that the sky was totally blue with no cloud. This object attired our attention because he flew and look differently than what we generaly see . As I flew a little in the past time, I know this was not a plane or a balloon. As we were in our car , we did not ear any noise.

This is the end of our 15 seconds lifetime little story wich we will never forget.

Large light orb traveling at enormous speed

A very bright light with subsequent freball much larger than stars passed almost directly down to earth for about 10 seconds directly ahead of us. We were driving and my daughter was sat in the fount of the car with me. The light orb dissapeared after seeming to move off at a tangent very quickly. Initially we thought it was either debris or a explosion in the air but there was no subsequent explosion on the ground. The event lasted about ten seconds. It was a very bright night as it was a full moon.

Full Description of event/sighting: What appears to be directly or very close to the National Police/Military Special Forces training center. The light/lights are multicolored with some flashing, blue on top and bottom edges, white in the middle and flashing red in the center when tilted so that triangle shape is clearly visible.

When somewhat edge on it appears to be six white lights with blue/red alternating in-between. it appears about half an inch to an inch in length at a distance from about two miles at a thirty to forty degree angle. Easily four or five times the size of mars which is due north from this position and the craft or whatever it is, is located due south from this position. Conditions are very clear and cold and all stars are easily observed. This however is quite large stationary for at least fifteen minutes or more and slowly gyrated somewhat end over end slowly due north about a foot but still relatively over the base without much change in altitude This appeared to be directly above and in between a natural gas extraction facility and a military special forces/Gendarme trainning base.

Object seemed to go up and down, left to right, getting smaller as a point we couldn't see anything when we could see it perfectly trough the clouds. The object came back and seemed to come closer, or bigger as a point we could guess the shape. Apparently black and square, didn't move a lot during 22 minutes, except the fact it moved up and down and left to right, like floating in the air.

It was probably there already before my daughter noticed this thing, and since I took the pictures (14 pics).

Finally disappeared on the right behind the tree, we couldn't see anything after.

That day, my wife phoned me to join her rapidly in the garden which took me 1 minute.

She said : look into that cloud almost ahead of us and I immediately saw what she ment.

Imaging a chemtrails » - this was the exact opposite : Very slowly in this existing natural gray/white cloud was a kind of huge transparant tunnel in the process of being formed like if a big transparant but not visible balloon made its way from west to east and doing so making the path behind it clear from cloudyness with just enough cloud_stuff (which was ringed with many vertical rings, like there used vibrations) to create this amazing sight of a perfect tunnel in that big cloud.

The diameter of the tunnel was about 6/8 airline_planes as we see those often here.

This invisible ball which did this was because of what happened in some way visible.

It took about 15 minutes ---------- END of the PHYSICAL part because I saw what she saw -------- but there is more to it. . . .

COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE (This was only seen by her and not by me ! ) Two hours later she asked me again to come and look in the vineyard which is all around our garden.

There she saw a vertical transparant tower going vertically endlessly in the sky with no end.

Diameter below 80 meter but not cylindric but square wit the edges rounded.

Color was transparant blueish.

I did really my best but saw nothing So I really saw nothing and felt nothing.

Now - today - she says and I know she's not lying that because of my blunt "see nothing" she didn't say much more about what happened, Imaging a university at closing time when all students go home.

What she saw was IN OUR GARDEN (which is big) a stream of young people ( ages from 15 up to 30) all in a very cozy way - talking to each other - in small groups dressed like in the 60_ties , somewhat old fashioned laughing - energetic - hundreds of them all going to that vertical column, My wife tried contacting them but no avail at all. They didn't see her.

Now the whole thing made me think of a story I read long ago of somebody in Waterloo and saw suddenly a part of Napoleon's army (from 1815) passing by - hurling - crying - smell included etc.

I can imaging the past comes strangely to live but in this case : This passing by of that balloon which created a real physical tunnel effect - and you saw that tunnel effect 15 minutes later still present ! The second part is like a kind of Fatima Vision but as it it connected to the tunnel - strange mixture of matter_frequencies - or is this HAARP projecting holograms of things happening on the other side of the planet - but then why did I not see the second part

Round sphere off the coast of southern France

On or about October 12, 2004 at approximately 14:00-15:00, I was sitting on the top deck of a 160' ship off the coast of the Antibes in the Mediterranean. I was reclining and looking up at the sky. It was a very clear day with some cumulus clouds, approximately 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The ship was moving so I cannot recall how much of the wind was apparent versus true but there was certainly a breeze.

I spotted a round object that darted in and above the clouds (my estimate is 6,000 -10,000 feet). There was no discernable pattern to the movement but it "zigzagged" within the area of one particular cloud. It made incredibly rapid changes in direction and would descend and ascend through the cloud. As it changed direction it almost seemed as if it were on the end of a pendulum - it seemed to slow just a bit before quickly moving 180 degrees in the opposite direction. I cannot estimate the speed but it appeared to be moving at a fairly high rate.

Because of the estimated altitude and flight pattern I discounted it from being a bird. It moved and changed direction too quickly. I am also knowledgeable about military and civilian aircraft and I could not identify this as any publicly known vehicle. The object appeared black or dark in color, had no discernable wings, vertical stabilizer or any form or propulsion. The object appeared round. I could not make out any noise or light from the object. The object was alone in the sky as I do not recall any aircraft within the vicinity.

I watched the object for approximately 30-45 minutes before losing it in the sky. As far as I know, I was the only witness.

Searching for the comet at an almost dark place, it seems to me that some stars were slowly moving. but it couldn't be my eyes only as my girlfriend notice the same .It was three points making an arrow form .

I jump on my binoculars (11x 70 )and I could without any doubt watch at those stars moving on the sky .As the stars-point formed an isosceles triangle ,I would say I couldn't watch the base of this triangle and the summit at the same time in the lens. As i was to give the lens to my girl I wonder what was exactly among this lights but this base I began to concentrate on fade too rapidly and I stay there with my friend and our eyes .

The sky was now totally stable.

We notice the triangle points at 50 deg high in the south and it disappears at around 30 deg.

Size and luminosity of the three points were as usual average stars

rocket like object in mountain ranges between France and Spain while driving on the motorway - quickly coming down from the sky

Driving on Motorway between France (Biaritz to Madrid) through the Pyranees mountain range. Before we past the border 'Pieage'. Saw what I thought was a fighter Jet, very fast from a hight 1000m to very low 100m perhaps lower - looked like it was going to hit the earth but field of vision could not say where? surrounded by mountain ranges. The Jet just went over the brow of the nearest mountain. There was zero noise. We thought it was an asteroid - size of a crater, shaped more like a rocket, with a long Comet-like tail. The rocket like objects had a red/dark orange-like round tail end, and the end was dragging like a firework coming down from the sky. Initially I did think the shape coming so fast from the sky was more like a saucer before it turned like a rocket as it shot lower and lower in these 4 seconds. The brain just tells you it must have been a fighter Jet or Asteroid - I did not recognise this type of VISION.

Just before Christmas unusual glows following car drivers were reported in the southeastern suburbs of Toulouse, Then January 10th 2004 the local newspaper www.ladepeche.com posted a story written by "Elodie Touret" reporting a possible UFO landing around december 19th ("Un Ovni laisse des traces") on a soccer field in the vicinity, at Toulouse high-tech sector (Rangueil);summary: Grass discoloration and landing gears prints in an obvious pattern (circle); few coroborating witnesses reportings few blocks away, from the hilly side of having experienced frightening occurences such as while driving engine stall, unusual lights and sounds.

A bright light could be seen in the sky, it divided into 2 smaller lights that moved appart.

A very large round light was seen in the western sky. It was about a quarter of the size of the moon. It appeared to be quite far away.

This light then split into 2 separate lights which were much smaller.

One light moved below the other then moved above it. The other light slowly disappeared.

Eventually the remaining light grew faint.

The sky was very clear and visability excellent. Other aircaft could be seen and all had vapour trails. The bright light didn't.

Two objects looking like regular stars crossing the night skies way too fast to be satellites or airplaines. No trail

Location: Dun sur Meuse, app. 20 miles north of Verdun, France.

Just before midnight (8th-9th aug.)I saw two objects, looking like regular stars or satelites, moving rapidly towards the southwest. They came in from the northeast and moved in a straight line, at an angle of about 40 degrees upward.

They appeared to be regular stars or satelites: small white lights that would never have caught my eyes had they not been moving at such a strange speed. There where moving much too fast for satelites (besides, I've never heard of satelites traveling in unison) and way too slow for meteorites, which I've seen many times. I most certainly saw no trail of bright glowing material behind these two travelers. They where also moving way too fast for a couple of airplaines in the night. I saw no red of green navigationlights on portside or starboard, nore any blinking lights. Had it been two plaines (fighterjets in formation?) then I would have heard the noise, considering the speed and therefore low altitude. I have seen thousands of airplaines in the night, so I know what they look and sound like. Airplaines at cruising speed move about five times slower then the two objects I saw. Otherwise they must have been about 1500 feet up in the air. What a roar that would haven given! It's almost impossible to estimate the distance between these two 'stars' since I don't know their actual size and altitude. If I where to draw out the night sky on a big piece of paper and hold it at an arms lenght in front of my eyes, I would pinpoint these two 'stars' about an inch apart.

Another thing puzzles me too. The first few seconds I noticed that one 'star' was a little behind the other. During the entire passage (about seven seconds) they never changed places. Normaly they should moved right next to each other, because of the change of perspective. Like two racing cars that come in from the left, one a little behind the other, but seemingly driving neck-to-neck when getting out of sight on the right. However, this is only the case with two moving objects at fairly close range. Big objects very far away - like real stars - would not look differently to an observer on eaerth if there where to be on the move. At least not within seven seconds.

At this particulair night I was not drunk or tired. I'm a freelance copywriter in the Netherlands. At the time I was having a vacation in France with my wife and 2,5 year old son. This is the first time I report an unidentified flying object, knowing I may look stupid to all of my friends.

Report was, in fact, submitted from The Netherlands. Some satellites are reported to orbit in formation, e.g. the U. S. Navy "NOSS" satellites, but we agree with the witness that an object that moves across most of the sky in six-seconds almost certainly is not a man-made satellite. PD

definitly not aircraft but admitedly speed same as usual satellites

As I enyoy watching satellites I look at the sky a lot. The fact that I am a seagoing Officer gives me lots of time in perfect conditions (no obstructing background lights). I spotted thes satellites? that were moving in perfect triangular formation from the north to the south. With the experience I have I can exclude the possibility of these objects being aircraft. Maybe though there are satelittes that move in non changing formations.
