Blue-white orb moving north to south

Initially I thought it might be the moon peaking through clouds. However, the moon was directly above me. I recognized Saturn and Jupiter to my right. (I'm an amateur astronomer.) The orb appeared to be surrounded by an aura, with a cloud that had wisps pointing in both directions. It did not have a tail. As the orb moved this aura - or cloud - moved with it. Oddly, the wisps of this cloud or aura did not change shape. Even as it was moving forward, the wisps remained pointing forward and did not appear to alter position. There was no sound. There was no blinking lights. It moved steadily, not erratically. It seemed to me to be at altitude - meaning it was above 20000 feet, but I have no way to confirm that. I have seen many things as an amateur astronomer, and I've never seen anything like this. If it was a comet, it was the brightest and fastest moving one I've ever seen. We lost sight of the object when it moved behind part of the superstructure of the ship. About a minute later we walked around it to see if we could continue following it. I thought I caught a glimpse of a pinpoint of light, but then it was gone.

Bright orange object passing overhead without sound,

While walking on a very dark and extremely quiet night, my 3 companions and me witnessed a round orange object approach from the west. It was travelling in a straight line, parallel to the ground. Elevation was about 15000 feet. Speed was about 1000 miles per hour.

At first, the colour was a dim orange, but became very bright as it passed overhead. It seemed as though it was burning. The arc of view was about 90 degrees. The relative size was about the size of a pencil eraser held at arm's length when it was overhead. What was so memorable was that at no time did it make sound.

About 5 minutes later, I alone witnessed a similar object flying in the same direction, but much higher. About the size of a star.

I took a picture of a dome shaped metallic, semitransparent object with lights on its lower part.

Once editing pictures taken I noticed UFO on one of them. UFO appeared in a form of dome or saucer, kind of metallic, but at the same time seemingly transparent upper part with some orange lights on the lower part. the whole object seems to emit light as it is well lit on the background of the dark skies.

Pictures were taken just to test different camera applications, therefore at the time of taking them I was not paying much of an attention to the field of observation.

Picture with UFO was taken on the island of Cayolargo del Sur, coordinates: latitude=21.59948, longitude=-81.519236, it was capturing sky above the small bay with hotel Pelicano (lights on the ground).

I'm consultant working in the field of personal development, I was in Cuba with my girlfriend on vacation.

At about 10:45 PM Friday night a huge light of color between yellow and orange appeared flying over Malecón (Beach Street) of Havana. It followed a straight-line trajectory at a fixed altitude which did not seem very high at a comparatively high speed. It was clearly breaking the usual observation pattern for a plane: if you´re not close to an airport, a plane looks small and if it´s night time, then you see one light fixed and a couple of another ones blinking, all flying slow. In this case it was only one light much bigger than one of a plane flying at a considerable distance away and even bigger than lights of the sea ships sailing along the Malecón at a prudent distance for a while before entering Havana Bay. At the same time the speed of the movement of the light was much higher than the speed usually observable for a plane, although it did not cross the sky in a single moment. Given that it was night time, it was impossible to see the shape of the carrier of the light, but given all the described above it was leaving the impression of being something small flying at an altitude, let´s say, below heaviest rain clouds. Given straight-line trajectory and fixed altitude it was DEFINITEVELY not a meteorite, but something piloted or directed (although who knows, not necesserily extra-terrestrial). I saw it when it was already flying along the Malecón from the Bay to the West of the City, then it disappeared behind the roof of my building and I ran to the hall trying to see it from the other side. And I did. Around U.S. Interest Section the Malecon makes a slight turn, but the light kept flying straight becoming each smaller and weaker until disappearing. I did not hear any sound at any moment, although it did not give me time to open the windows, and the whole thing lasted for about a couple of minutes tops.

Triangle formation seen off the southern coast of Cuba

Some friends and I observed 3 objects that appeared roughly 50 miles off the southern tip of Cuba. The two brightest ones were together, while another that seemed dimmer appeared off to the right. After roughly 2 minutes, the dimmer object faded and seemed to reappear, forming a perfect triangle with the brighter two. About 3 minutes later, the three objects in the triangle formation faded and then completely disappeared.

Caribbean Sea, revolving boomerang shape with lights

During a cruise in the Caribbean (somewhere north of Cuba) my wife and I were looking out to sea from our balcony and noticed a light (star sized moving in a north easterly direction). At first I thought it must be a satellite but it then changed direction very rapidly (90 degrees) as it approached our ship at an unknown height.

We could clearly see it had a boomerang shape and was revolving (with multicoloured lights). It then passed over the top of the ship so we lost sight. I looked at my wife and said "did you see that?" and she confirmed.

Any idea what it could have been? Anyone else se it?

I was coming home aproxx 12:30 am walking, when i spotted lights coming from the west, first i thought it was a plane, then i realized it was approaching very slowly, i continued walking for a half block more, then i stopped to look up while the object was crossing the avenue some 100 mts over my head, there was not traffic at all, so i could clearly listen there was not a sound, the object seems to have triangular shape, with three white lights at each point and a red one in the center, it was heading east completely noiseless and very slowly, planes go much faster and you can hear the noise they make, i just look at it until it dissapeared behind the roof of the houses, as planes lights denotes the colour of the aircraft and sometimes the name of airline, this "thing" seems very dark colour.

Bright Orange Light seen over Cuban Sky

We were on our 13th night of a 2 week vacation at the all inclusive resort of Guardalavaca on the north eastern side of Cuba.

Guardalavaca is situated about 1 hours drive from the major city of Holguin, and is on the coast.

We had recently started our meal, and with me at a round table of 5 people was my brother, neice, sister, and a family friend.

It was a clear sky, and the sun had just about gone down, but it was not yet complete darkness.

I had my back to the view facing the coast, and the open air restaurant we were in was only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

At precisely 19.05, my brother sat opposite said 'whats that light in the sky'.

We all began to observe a very bright light at about a 45 deg angle in the sky over the sea.

We had been observing the stars every night, as they are so clear in the Cuban sky from what we see in the UK, and we knew instantly this was no planet or star.

The light was a pulsating orange light, that was motionless.

My brother said he had been watching it for a few minutes previous, and only mentioned it when he saw another orange light slowly join it.

To me it was one light, but some at our table thought there could be up to four lights close together.

I estimated the light to be no more than 3 or 4 miles away.

We all agreed the light was orange, and slightly pulsating, or possibly expanding and contracting.

Other diners noticed our looking, and they began to observe the object.

Then the waiters became interested, followed by the kitchen staff who all came out and went to the edge of the restaurant for the clearest view.

This was the best indication that we were observing something unusual, as the Cuban staff seemed so fascinated themselves.

In all there were about 20 people watching the object.

We observed this object all together for about 5 minutes.

It was about 19.10 when the light just faded and was gone.

Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me this evening.

There was some background music playing in the restaurant, so we could not hear any other sound.

We ruled out any type of conventional aircraft, and as I work for an aviation company, I could only imagine helicopter(s) could create this illumination.

But why anyone would want to create a bright unexplained orange light, near a tourist resort, that the Cuban staff could not explain, within Cuban airspace, is beyond me.

Our unanimous decision that evening is that we literally witnessed a UFO.

Coincidentally, the next morning my neice heard on TV that a UFO, picked up on radar, had been reported in the Jacarta region of Indonesia.

Even more coincidentally, this seemed exactlty one week to the day when the major earthquake hit SE Asia just off Indonesia's coast.

Didn't see it while aboard ship. When had film processed an object appeared that was not noticed. I am attaching it. Nobody on the ship at the time said anything about seeing any flying objects. To be honest, it looks like an ancient wine bottle found in the Mediterranean. It does not appear to be a flaw on the negative and the frames beside it do hot have the object.

In 2000, while going on a truck at night, from Havana to Guanabacoa town, I saw a foo-fighter. In the same direction paralel to the coast, to the Atlantic. I saw a fire ball moving slowly and very near the earth. It was very close to me, I think less than 50m and less than 50 m from the earth. I didn't hear anything. I was alone at the flat of the truck and I didn't call my friends because I didn't wanted to loose it. It had a slight vapor trail, but it was almost nothing. The night was clear, and dark. As it was very near the earth, I didn't see any star, nor the moon. I think it desappeared between the trees.

In 1999 and 1998 some people saw UFOs also going from the nearbys south from Havana also paralell to the coast in the same direction. I can say that I am part of the cuban group dedicated to the study of UFOs.

My platoon was mustered in front of our barracks for formation when a vehicle that was very much like a boeing 747 style airplane flew over our barracks. The aircraft was no more than 100 feet over us, allowing us to see it very clearly. It had no wings.

WE WERE ABLE TO OBSERVE THIS FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS. THEY WENT UP VERY HIGHT AND YOU CAN SEE THE TAIL AND THE 3 UFO GOING UP AND UP UNTIL VANISHED IN THE SPACE. I was playing with my friends in front of my place in san miguel habana, cuba when we realised other peoples from the bus stop place and my neighbords looking to the sky, i look and i see a huge circle so big they cover the area of my building and the other bulding in front of the street they have so many lights very colorfull lights have red, blue, yellows, whites, etc in my poin of view i was under the craft, you could see the metalic color true the many ,million of strong lights, is not show the ligh in the floor, i remember i think this is not a airplane canot be, is to big in that moment the huge dish was biger i remember i almos put my self in my neess by instint was a couple of minute like that , i continuos looking to the beautifulls lights colorfulls lights, huge circle in the sky, and then the craft start to be smaller and smaller in seconds until was in the dark sky like only one light, was like you turn off the older tv in black and white, remember in the screen they have a light for few second and desapereance, exactly like that, was one light in the sky for few second and that set, i realised that night i see a craft beyond this world , many people see it from that day i positive sure we are not alone, because was a perfect vision a neat sighing, so clear so details and was not posible a airplaine have aproximated like a 3 footbowl side, the next time i see something very close to that craft was in the movie encounter of the 3 kind when i was living already in this country, was when i realised not only me and my neighbors have the oportunity to see the most beautifull craft in the whole universe. iam sorry if my english in not that good, but i try to explain my best, i dont try to convince nobody of my esperiences, the only thing i know was real, was beautifull, iam positive i see very clear detail by details, no sound no,i supous was very fare a way from us but was so neat i could see details by details from under point of view, was a craft from other place not from planet earth. i sufers migraine and intense light sensibility from that day, i mention this because when i coming to united state was when i realise how many books and programs and people interesting in this matters i read one day the people who see o contact with estraterrestrial craft or been suffer from something like that, i just mention this just in case if important for somebody who studiyn this matters, thanks and believe me we are not alone.

42 years ago and I don't remember about the detalis below; maybe some were present.

Meeting At Plaza Cívica with over 100,000 witnesses. One bright dot appeared on the horizon at NNE. Faster than a satelite traveled to the top of the meeting, Stopped Abruptly for a few seconds and then descended verticaly very fast until its shape was clearly seen as a grey disc. Stopped for about half a minute and gave time to take pictures and movies and then ascended vertically extremely fast until it appeared again as a bright spot. Then it stopped again abruptly and stayed inmovil for 4 or 5 seconds and then went SSW extremely fast (much faster than a satelite) and dissap- peared in the horizon. *** Many people took movies or photohgraphs. I took several pictures with a Zeiss-Icon camera which I had to leave with my family when I left Cuba on Oct 15 1961. *** Several pictures were published in the following news-papers: "Diario de la Marina", "Información", "El Mundo" "El Pais"and probably others too. I saw the pictures at the above mentioned newspapers.

My photographs were developed at the "Hutterly Store", one of the best or even the best in Cuba. There were hundreds of privately taken pictures or movies.

I do not know if this event was published in USA.

Possible re-con by an low flying object with lit row of lights slowly traversing a navy runway then zipped away.

Out door movie being shown along side the landing strip,at approx. 9pm the audience shouted to stop the movie. Everyone watched an object with the equally spaced row of round white lights moved slowly down the lenghth of the 10,000 foot runway then quickly zipped off out of sight. We called the base authorities who contacted the air force project blue book, it was written off as a flight of seagulls in formation flying down the runway and the runway lights reflecting off them. But the thing about it was, the runway was inactive, so the runway lights were off.

UFO crash and complete recovery, leaking green liquid with a strong smell through a crack

The UFO, about 5 meters in diameter and 1.5 meters tall, crashed in 1943. It emitted a buzzing sound, and children playing on the flatland had time to move away. It was a solid metallic gray object with yellowish lights on the top and white lights on the bottom, from one of which a foul-smelling green liquid was leaking. Officers and police from F. Batista collected it in a truck from the North American mining company. I obtained this information by interviewing my ancestors, who called it the Little Wingless Plane.

El OVNI de unos 5 metros de diámetro por 1,5 de altura, cayó en 1943, emitía un zumbido, y a los niños que jugaban en la explanada les dió tiempo apartarse. Era un objeto sólido gris metálico con luces amarillentas en parte superior y en la inferior blancas, por una de las cuales manaba líquido verde pestilente. Oficiales y policías de F. Batista lo recogieron en camión de la compañía minera norteamericana. Obtuve está información entrevistando a mis ancestros, que lo llamaban Avioncito sin alas.
