A fast flying black oval object. No sound nor trace of propulsion.

The single object had an oval shape and was completely black. There was no sound or trail of propulsion from the object. It just glided throught the air. It flew fairly fast. It was below the standard altitudes reserved for comercial planes. Its flight trajectory was towards North.

On February 26, 2025, at approximately 9:11 AM, I observed two unidentified flying objects in the sky near Automotodrom Grobnik, Croatia. The weather was cloudy and rainy, with reduced visibility.

The objects were oval-shaped, dark gray in color, and appeared to be around 30 meters in size, though their exact dimensions were difficult to determine. They had no visible lights, markings, or jet trails. They moved in a controlled manner, hovering for a brief moment and then shifting left and right before disappearing back into the clouds. Their movement did not resemble conventional aircraft or drones.

The sighting lasted about 10 seconds. I attempted to record the objects with my phone but was too late. There were no noticeable sounds coming from them.

I am curious to know if there were any other reports of similar sightings in the area or if there is a possible explanation for what I witnessed.

I was walking my dog and carrying groceries in Zagreb and looked at a light thinking it could be a plane but it was bright like a star, after a few seconds it changed color to red and disappeared.

To me it looked like it was somewhere in the direction of Samobor. I checked the flightradar map and there was no planes in that direction.

We noticed round blurry object in clear sky bouncing and shifting locations.

While having diner, people around us noticed blurred white circled unknown object bouncing in the sky and changing locations fast, being seen on one location standing still, then shifting to another location in the sky. Sometimes it was very visible and sometimes it looked like "it dived deeper in the sky". We were surrounded by people seeing the same object and seeing yesterday's article about British pilot seeing the identicaly described object in the Slovenian sky, we decided to let you know that we also have it recorded. It was definitely not any light play in the sky, as the sky was clear and just before the sunset, the object was strangely changing locations in the sky. In first and second second of a video you can notice whitish circled object on one location, and in 11th second it being seen northeast from the initial location.

A group of 7 white orbs of light moved from southwest to northeast. The formation was not straight (like the Skylink satellite), but irregular (it was not an object behind an object, but the objects were next to each other). Each of the 7 objects moved separately (the objects maneuver around each other) while at the same time the whole group of objects keeps the same course (direction) to the northeast. The objects glowed with a bright white light like the "7 Little Moons" so that they were easily visible even when they were behind clouds in the night sky. As the objects came from the southwest direction and flew towards the northeast, they approached my building and flew right over me as I watched them from the south balcony. Everything lasted approx. 2-3 minutes, because they were quite fast.

Me and two colleges spotted disk traveling above our car with approx. speed of 200-300 km/h on altitude of approx. 50-100 meters.

Me and my two working colleges was driving on the motorway in the direction from South to North of Croatia on 14.10.2019. at 21,00 o'clock. We were just passing the nearby city of Karlovac and going forward to Zagreb. I was on the back seat in the car trying to sleep. Suddenly driver decreased the velocity of our car because he spotted the disk above our car with flashing white lights. The disk was traveling in the direction similar to our (in direction from South to North), velocity of the disk was approx. double of our speed (we were on 110 km/h). The object was flying approx. on 50 to max 100 m high. The radius of the disk was approx. 30 meters. The object didn’t have any sound. When the object was far away from us, approx. 5 km, then strong red light started to flashing. And after 30 seconds the object was gone. In total we were able to see the object for approx. 3 minutes.

Interval of changing light intensity was approximately 5 secs from low to high and then 5 secs from high to low intensity. The speed was like an airplane but a little bit faster.

First it was moving from south to north, and then changed direction from north to south and then it disappeared.

Maybe I saw two objects because I lost it for a 15 seconds before I saw it again moving in other direction.

Something fly over me and my girlfriend. It looked like plane, but it all the time with extrem white light. It moves faster that plane from south to north in the straight line.

I know that was not a plane, or satellite, it was faster than anything, but I am not sure what was that.

After this event we saw in one hour more simular things, but the lights was smaller, and flight from west-east. but the light was constantly white, it looks like the star is traveling but faster that airplane.... BTW it was no sound from that object.

I try to video that object but nothing...

Strange light in the night sky.

I was on vacation in Crikvenica, Croatia. I was at the Omorika Hotel when I noticed something faintly flickering overhead. I cound not see the shape of the light.

I used a DSLR to shoot photos. I had to make 30 second exposures to see the object/light. I can submit RAW files and well as jpg. There was a spotlight coming from the town center, but it crossed the entire sky.

After reviewing the photos, I saw that the light looked like an eye or hollow circle, the inner edge was very sharp while the outter edge faded out.

After taking the photos, I went to sleep, the object was not there any other night.

We were positioned near a military area called "Drgomalj", which is used by the croatian army and NATO. While looking at the stars, we noticed an object which is flying very low, not at all usual for an ordinary airplane. It had the form of a triangle, we could see it for aprx. one minutes and then it disappeard. It was lighting strong, if it would not move, we could say it is a star. There was no sound. Hearing military area, many would say it is an aircraft of the military, but the lightning was too strong and Croatia does not have any stealth aircraft.

An oval-shaped black object (resembling a tick-tack) flew in unusual trajectory for 10 minutes in the clear sky over Zagreb

In April 2009 (I cannot remember the exact date), while I was a student in Zagreb, Croatia, a friend of mine from out of town came to visit me. The time was close to noon on a sunny and relatively clear day with some clouds. We were drinking coffee on the balcony of my apartment on the 9th floor of a residential building south-west of the city center while looking at the city skyline, when we noticed an oval-shaped object resembling a horizontal black tick-tack 'flying' over the city in the distance. It was fully black, no lights of any kind, with an unusual trajectory that didn't seem normal. It was fast, going across the whole city there and back a few times, sometimes in straight lines, sometimes zig-zaggy. We didn't hear any sound coming from it but we could see it the entire time since we were at a high altitude, although when the object was on the other side of the city it was so far it looked like a small black dot. The whole thing lasted for about te! n minutes, when the object suddenly (and much faster compared to its movements prior to this moment) pulled up in the sky until it resembled a small dot again and disappeared high in the clouds. My friend and I commented the unusual trajectory of the object and its speed and came to the conclusion that conventional aircrafts (or objects of any kind for that matter) don't do that. Since both he and I are sceptical people we discarded the alien theory although we were intrigued by what happened that we witnessed. We called the local meteorological institution to inquire if they noticed anything unusual in the sky above Zagreb and they said they didn't. Neither of us had a good phone back then that could take quality pictures or videos so we didn't even bother trying to record it. We didn't talk about this on too many occasions with people since then, although I remember this interesting event here and there, only to remind myself that I still don't know what it was that we sa! w on that day. An unknown light/object over a hill in Petrinja

At approximately 20:00, Tuesday (25.11.2008.), a light was seen in the sky by two people and was successfully recorded with a mobile phone.

The sky was not cloudy, and the light appeared over a hill, so it was visible that the object was in the air. The light/object did not move 10 minutes and then it started going slowly left and right until it fully stopped in the same spot after about 5 minutes, where the light changed its color from white to red and began to slowly disappear like it was turning on an invisibility cloak.

It surely wasn’t a human-made aircraft, it didn’t make a sound and it hardly even moved. This is not the first time something like this was seen in the same city.

Glowing Red-Orange-White Light Over the Adriatic, Vir, Croatia

While on vacation at our family house in the island of Vir, near Zadar, Croatia, on July 19th, 2008 (give or take a day or two), I was telling my Croatian cousins the story of a bright red-orange-white flashing light in the sky we saw in 2005 in Cuernavaca, Mexico. I have recently submitted that sighting on here as well. It was about 11pm and clear skies. All the stars were out and our house is right on the Adriatic Sea with a south-west view toward Italy.

Not even 30 seconds after telling my cousins of a red-orange-white glowing ball my wife and maybe 30 others saw in 2005 in Cuernavaca, Mexico in a clear night sky, I looked up into the sky after hearing all their disbelief and saw the same exact thing. I had just looked up over a pine tree in the front of our house and nothing was there. I looked back 5 seconds later and was astonished to see the same thing I saw in Mexico and just had told the sighting details to my cousins. We were all astounded as to the timing of this event. It just simply appeared and then slowly faded away over about a 30-second period of time. It was silent, quite high up in the sky, but couldn't say exactly how high. It was over the Adriatic Sea and did not have a reflection on the calm waters. It didn't seem to be a star, as it was much larger, brighter and was glowing and changing colors like a disco ball but flashing many many times faster.

Taken picture of small saucer shaped craft.

Two students were taking pictures of phone company old equipment. Camera was pointed in the sky when the picture was taken. Few seconds after we saw a small unindentified object in the picture on the camera. Object was grey, saucer shaped with some kind of blurry red smoke above it, it was going very fast because the picture was taken on 1/500 sec shutter speed and it was in movement. We didn't see it in naked eye, only later in the picture. The picture is very real, it is not manipulated in any way.

I don't know why but i was just thinking of what i have seen two years ago and i can't get it out of my had so i decided to write this to somebody maybe it will help someone, it was about ten a clock at the evening when i got out of the restaurant to take a small break from work and as i was watching the sky i soo extream brihth white lite that was shaped as cuban cigar very long amd wide it was about two km from me i would gess it was about 100-400m long, but the strangest thing off all it came out of the water at the angle non plan can fly almost 90 degrees and it flue at the sky in few seconds ..and thats it i finaly told someone else but my parents... sorry for my bad english and gramatic errors. A yellow light over Split (Croatia - Europe)

That night while I was looking at the cloudy night sky and I noticed a yellow light SE of the City of Split. I am an amateur astronomer so I looked through my telescope (20x magnification) towards the object.

At first I thought I was looking at Venus but then I realized that the sky was cloudy. There was no star, planet or some other extraterrestrial object visible! I looked through my telescope again (now at 250x magnification) and the object was not moving at all. Now I was convinced that I was not looking at anything natural.

The object was hovering 1500m from the ground (or so) for 8 minutes. After that 8 minutes it simply disappeared.

At 3:31 am 27 April 2007 a large shiny object was spoted levitating about 10 min on the skyline. "As I was walking home, I noticed a 'star' which was slightly larger then the others. I stopped for a minute and realized that it was changing it's shape. From an oval to a circle. It was shining very bright. A yellow object with a green outline. I couldn't believe my eyes. I used my cellphone to take two pictures. At first, I didn't really think it was an UFO because I don't actually believe in those things, but I'm not so sure any more." said the eyewitness. The picture was taken in Knin (Croatia).

Object appeared in the sky, started moving slowly and then suddenly very fast and disappeared in Prviluka, Croatia.

On a small island, in the port there was around 7 of us. Me and friend were star gazing and the object suddenly appeared. It had blueish colour and i think it was pulsating. It was standing still for 2 seconds and at first it was moving slowly for 2 seconds and then suddenly very fast almost like a flash and dissapeard. It was the size of a oval table with radius around 1 meter.

There is no person on this planet who wishes more strongly than I that people could discriminate between genuine UFO's... and satellites, aircraft, aircraft landing lights, balloons, blimps, migratory birds, bats, insects, twinkling stars, planets, antenna marker lights, lanterns, camera lens flares.. and the myriad of other items that people mistakenly report as alien craft in our atmosphere. If people reported JUST genuine UFO's, my job would instantly change from being overwhelming and unmanageable, to being simple.

Pursuant to this gentleman's observation above, would everyone please stop reporting items that are not genuine UFO's!! Just "bona fide" UFO's, please! :>)

Last week UFO over Croatia?!

I live in the north od island Pag, Croatia/Adriatic sea. Light was at about 22h,in the north-west sky, white/metal light, seems not so high, around par hundered meters, after that has gone up, without trail or sound, and in a few seconds after that was no more light. Light was so intensive, like 4-5 times bigger than normal planet or stars lights. All i see was just in a period about 1 min.

Triangle of lights moving in a straight line across the Agean Sea almost west-to-east.

We were aboard the Royal Clipper sailing from Losinj to Hvar on Friday, 20 August 2004 at 22:15 CEST (GMT+1) 44d06m09s N 14d44m06s E, looking at the beautiful starfield afforded by the view just behind the bridge. Maritime regulations require the front of a ship to be dark, so the view of the sky was quite good. We're suburbanites, and we don't get a good view of the sky including the Milky Way all that often. The only real issue was the haze: it had been a hot, muggy day, and the haze limited viewing to about 45 degrees from zenith.

We were counting meteors (and a good count, too: stragglers from the Perseids?) when my eyes caught two lights almost directly overhead. The two lights were on the same line of flight but offset from one another. I'm not good at magnitudes, but the lights were not that much brighter than most of the stars in the sky. What was obvious was that they were white and steady (did not twinkle like stars or blink/flash like aircraft navigation lights) and they were definitely headed in the same direction and staying the same distance apart. The two lights were about as far apart as 2 quarters held at arms length. They moved across the span of my fist at arms length in about two seconds.

I figured this was a pair of fighters in formation except for the complete lack of jet noise. Then I saw the third light moving alongside the trailing light making an isosceles triangle about as long as it was wide moving in the direction of the narrow vertex. Again, the three objects maintained their spacing the whole of the time we watched.

The ship was on a heading of 148.2 degrees magnetic (based upon the magnetic compass under my right elbow), and the object appeared to be headed toward about 110 degrees on the horizon. We lost the object in the haze at about 45 degrees from zenith.

My darling wife saw the object as well. (Amazing I could get her attention given I had laryngitis and couldn't speak above a whisper.) She says that she saw the stars between the three lights blink out as they went by, but I'm not so sure about that. The eyes can play tricks, and I'm not certain that that "blink out" wasn't just the effect of ones eyes dealing with moving objects against a non-moving field.

Of course we were alone on the foredeck during our sighting. Several people joined us just as we lost the object in the haze. Darling wife dived into the bridge to get our location and heading.

My sense was that these three lights were very high up and resembled the Space Station or satellites I've seen in that they were moving in a steady straight line. My first notion was that this was the NOSS satellite constellation. However, that system would be in a polar orbit. These objects were moving almost west-to-east ending up on the horizon at about 110 magnetic. I've been searching my resources for another three-satellite system that goes west-to-east, but I'm not finding one. So here we are...

It moved very slowly, it didn't have any lights and there was no trail. It was cigar shaped and it was grey.

I was returning to my home town. I saw an object that didn't look like a plane or helicopter. I never belived myself in stuff like this but I couldn't explain what I saw. It was moving very slowly, I know it wasn't a plane because it moved to slowly for a plane. It didn't have any lights it was shaped like a cigar and it had a grey color. It wasn't very high but I didn't hear any sounds and there was no trail. I thought it was a zeppelin but I know now it wasn't. I followed it with my look for about 20 seconds but when it came near a cloud it just dissapeared.

Lightball standing then coming towards us extremly fast becoming large, becoming smaller and vanishing from one second to the other.

Went for a walk after dinner, a bright, tiny light was standing in the sky, above the the shore, close to a hill. Couldn't figure out what it was, so I asked my friend what it is. In this very moment the light started to come towards us in a speed I have never seen bevor, the light became about the size of a volleyball, it didn't look like an electrical light, it was very solid and bright. My friend and I were frozen to the ground and all we could think was: "Go away!!!!!!!". It was so scary because it was completly silent, no wind at all and just so different than anything else we have ever seen. After the light had become the size of a volleyball it started to move away from us to about a size of a prune and from one second to the other it vanished. We ran back to the hotel and asked the locals, if they know anything about strange lights at night. Nobody knew about this light. We talked for a long time trying to go through all the possibilities explaining this light. we could not find a solution, the closest was a helicopter in silent mode- but that didn't seem right as well.

Ufo like a star

Here it was, one time in day, I watched TV and look cros the window, there i saw one flying object stand by on the sky, there is no any star. Wetter wasn't good, 2 hours before that was rained. T5hat object look like one star on the sky, stand there 12 minutes.

It was on a camping site in Croatia. we were talking with each other and suddenly we saw a blue light shining on the ground. we didn't saw it immediatly because of the trees and there was no sound. when we looked up it disappeard suddenly so i saw it very quickly. only 1 second later we saw it high in the sky. it was exactly like a shooting star but instead of a white shooting star it was a blue one. also remarkable: my brother who was on the other side of the camping site saw 4 red lights above the see. many people noticed it because there was a party on the beach. strange because this looked totally different than the thing i saw. but it was a the same time. so was this the same one or anonther one?

Two fireballs making manouvers around each other in the sky and then separate.

1985. I was 13 years old. it was mid of the summer. about 2:00 a.m.

my friend (a girl), and I were coming back home after gathering with other friends.

We have'´t been drinking or smoking anything, so we were totaly "clean". We were walking slowly and talking, when I looked to the sky and saw two red fireball like shapes making manouvers around each other. It lasted for about five minutes. My friend got very scared and asked me what that was,but I couldn´t answer. It could absolutely not be an airplane lights or some atmospheric "thing". The object were clearly seen and we had enough time to make sure we saw what we saw. After five minutes, objects separated - one flew to (apx.)north and the other one to (apx)south. We watched them flying from each other and disappearing from the sky in the distance. I remember that as it happened yesterday and I certanly won´t forget it as long as I live. 3 object wants to bee seen

I am not shure abut yeari seen them, I was pretty young, about 8 year old, today I have 43.

I am not shure how far from me they are, because they soar in front of me and my friends and many many people. It was summer time, clear sunny day.

Shape, standard circle with cupola and small windows without light. They soar, nothing more. Three vehicle.

How high, i do not know, because I do not know how big they are. Let's tell inaugh close for seeing details. Color dark grey-olive with windows around skip - turn on.

They stay about half hour, and that is all. No one pick me or anybody up. No one of them care about us. They just stay there.

I feel terrible fear despite the fact that i didn't know anything about aliens. That kind of fear is not normal fera, iti is paralyzing fear without rational reason. It is instinct fear.

Many years later, when I ask my mum aand brother, they finaly reaffirmed the FACTS that we sow a flaying soccers. Nobody wants talk about it because of bussines and society career. OR they thought that iti is crazynes.

I am a witnes, and now I have inaugh courage to tell the truth, because I am Bachelor in Science only because I SEE 3 ALIENS SHIPS 100 m far from me in sunny day and clean sky, half hour, standing. No sound.

My theory = they standing for one reason-to see them.
