Me and my co-workers seen a white round object moving slowly but in different directions and heights around in the sky above us it seemed like it would turn sometimes and become very skinny like you almost couldn't see it anymore, a small bright light appeared what looked like to be right next to it but maybe a lot higher up in the sky for maybe 20 or 30 seconds and then disappeared again. One of my co workers could see 2 more of the white objects in different parts of the sky but me myself only noticed the first one.

A light was observed in the Northeast of the community of Deline, NWT.

A bright flashing flight was seen in the northeast of Deline flickering different colours and shooting beams of light to the ground. The local RCMP investigated as a potential down aircraft. The Air Traffic Controller couldn't locate the object and could not get it to answer via radio. Towers in Yellowknife and Edmonton reported no radar signatures, no active ELTs. The area went quiet from animals, birds and local dogs.

NORAD was contacted and sent fighter jets from Cold Lake, AB to intercept. The community suffered a complete communication failure shortly afterwards including; telephone, satellite phones, fax and internet. Officers and community members confirmed the object stopped with the shooting beam and took off followed shortly by reports of red/white lights from fast moving fighter aircraft. The object disappeared quickly.

January 12 @ approximately 6:30 am -we saw a White fuzzy circle, red streak, fireball, accelerating at a very fast rate,.between the two buildings up in the sky, whatever it was it stayed there til the sun rose..

me & my boyfriend got up @ 6:30 we were up watching t.v and my boyfriend kept looking outside waiting for his pick up but he noticed something white than kept changing to red like every six seconds..we kept staring at it ..it seemes like it was going lower but yet at the same time it looked like it was going sideways..So does that make us from the past...& the future coming down to look for us...

It was a clear evening. I was looking out the window, having a cigarette. I noticed 2 bright lights and it took a couple of seconds to register in my head, and I thought to myself those are not supposed to be there! The 2 bright lights were huge, Southeasterly direction. I started to say to a visitor, come here in a stern but unwavering tone, but the visitor did not listen to me for about 5-10 seconds. The other bright light started to dim out when the visitor finally came to the window and saw the 2 lights, as the other light dimmed out, the visitor started asking me what those lights were, and I couldn't tell him. All I could do was ask him if he saw what I was seeing. He said yes, he saw them.

WE viewed as illuminated disc like shaped object in the sky for over 3 hours and got it all on video.

We were awakwen by a telephone call at 5 am telling us about the bright light in the sky but ignored it. By 8:00 am we had our video camera (8mm camcorder) out and recorded off and on right up to about 10:45 am but could still see it with the naked eye to just about 11:00 am.

The object was a cirle with smaller circles going right from the center to the outer surface with a black dot on the inside of it that moved within the cirlce. At one point, there were 3 black dots. It glowed green around the edge and frequently changed to purple. It hovered for a very long time. As the morning progressed and the day light crept in, a haze appeared beside it and it looked like a trail of smoke. This happened 3 times. At one point, a small plane flew under it and landed without incidence and the plane is on the video under the object. The plane was not chasing the object.

The object moved side to side and in and out and is very clear in our video. I also took a few digital pictures but are not as clear as the video. Just after day break, the cirlular object turned on its side and changed shape into a ufo as depicted in many movies and documentaries. An army helmet like shape.

As I looked outside to do a weather observation prior to my hourly report,I saw this brilliant light I thought at first was a star, but much brighter.. the light intensity diminished to nothing in about ten seconds. The light did not appear to be moving.

Subsequent calls on all used frequencies for aircraft in the vicinity were made with no response. I noted the direction as 160 degrees and elevation as near as possible of 30 degrees.

We thought that the light was a star first, than it moved North than North East.

Twilight sighting of bright, glowing, red, oval and moving object in northern Canada.

While driving in our small city at very near 4:15 PM (MST)we noticed a bright red object in the sky. It appeared to be moving at high speed although we later debated the speed of the craft at some length. One of us thought that it was moving slowly and for a period was stopped, another thought that it moved at extemely high speed. One thought that it changed directions a number of times. We are confused about the sighting.

It was very bright, and the only object in the sky. It was roundish in shape but probably oval would be more accurate. It seemed big. It was clearly red in colour. There were no other colours present. Just a steady red glowing light. This was what made it stand out so clearly. It was nearly time for the sun to go down, and the sky was white. Here the night hours start very early due to the location on the globe. The sun was down but there was still light in the sky.

This object was not the northern lights, a star, the sun, a planet, a meteor or anything else we have seen before. Other people saw this object while stopped at one of the main intersections near the hospital and Wal-mart. We could see them looking at the object from their vehicles as well.

The object appeared, from our location, to be right over the main part of the city, and then moved off over Great Slave Lake. We were driving at the time, on our way to the vets to pick up a dog, and when we came out of the vet clinic the object was gone, but the night sky was still bright enough to see that it was gone. It was no star. It moved deliberatly.

It was interesting, but we were not terribly upset or frightened. Just left with a sense of "What in the world was that?"

We were coming back from a fishing trip and stopped for a rest when we observed a bunch of dancing lights in the horizon, they were bopping up and and and zig zagging all over the sky, there appeared to be a mother ship which the lights were coming out of and going back to. We were watching these lights when we saw a bunch of quads(four trax atvs) there were two lights that were following them and hovering over them until they came quite close to where we were watching the lights, we asked if the people on the quads saw the lights too but the first two quads did not see them but the third fellow saw what we were looking at and panicked, he went to get his family from their camp site and took them home fearing that they would be abducted by the lights! I saw the lights again in the same area a few weeks later and they were doing the same thing! dancing and bopping all over the night sky and I starting thinking twice about going out fishing again...

there has been a number of sightings on our island for as long as I can remember and I believe the sightings to be from out of our world.

Unidentified flying lights

We had been on a fishing trip for the afternoon on a Saturday. It was a nice clear day and you could see the stars as dusk was slowly taking its course. We decided to head back home on our "atv" - [all terrain vehicle], as we were on the trail which is about 20 kilometres from the community, I was a passenger on the "atv", as we were riding hard I then had to go to the "little boy's room", to take a leak, as I was doing my business, I was looking over the horizon - something caught the corner of my eye and it was a light, a big hovering light and it wasn't twinkling like the stars do on a clear night. As I watched the light hovering, there was another movement right underneath the bright light and these were of different colours - 2 RED lights rotating in a clockwise direction, and they seemed to be rotating at an equal distance from each other with unexplainable speed, while this was happening another 3 lights appeared or seemed to come out of the bright light at a phenomal speed and they were smaller than the "mother ship" but they were the same size as the 2 red ones that were rotating. As we were watching the lights and marvelling at the rate of speed they were showing, 3 "atv"'s appeared on the trail going home on a fishing/hunting trip. As we were looking on, the lights then stopped on what they were doing, as they seemed to notice the atv's. The lights then headed towards the oncoming atv's and proceeded to go towards them, then when they came upon the atv's they started to hover above them and followed there every move. As we were watching them, I jokingly said "Oh no, they're going to be abducted by the lights!" As we were watching the atv's go on, the lights were moving on as they seemed to lose interest atv's. Back to the original spot where we had just watched them. I then said to my friend that we should wait for the atv's to see if they noticed anything up in the sky. We decided to wait for them, the first 2 atv's just passed us and didn't stop, seeing this, I decided to flag down the 3rd atv - he stopped. My first question was "Did you see the lights?" The driver seemed to be perplexed as I asked the question, "What lights?", he said. I then went on to tell him that they were being followed by the lights for about a minute, and the lights moved on, he looked at me as if I was a madman and he drove off. As the other 3 atv's were on the trail we were behind them and they had stopped for a cigarette, meanwhile, I kept looking behind us, above us, and all around, I then noticed the lights going in a northerly direction while these other guys were stopped, I tried to show the other 2 drivers but they weren't the least bit interested and didn't see what I was trying to show them, until I went over to the 3rd driver who proceeded to ask me where I was seeing the lights, I then pointed towards the lights and he saw them. I was happy or relieved that one of them saw the lights. To this day I can only say that I have seen something not of this world.

Unusual object observed in skies over Yellowknife.

Object was observed following a slightly arcing flightpath in a northwest direction approximately 3km north of downtown Yellowknife. Altitude and speed were difficult to estimate. The object appeared only as a dark "spot" in the sky with no definable shape. The weather conditions at the time were ideal, clear skies and warm temperatures.

As stated, the object had no clear definable shape. However, travelling just slightly ahead were two very shiney spheres, one on top of the other and considerably smaller than the main "craft", perhaps even connected. It was quite clear however the object was not a fixed wing or rotary aircraft.

I made visual contact with the object after observing an elderly couple looking skyward. The gentlemen was pointing at the object as it silently moved across the sky overhead. I glanced upward and made visual contact immediately. Speed and altitude were difficult to estimate as I had no references to estimate the size of the object. I visually tracked the object for approximately 20 seconds. I then observed a small group of teenagers approximately 100 meters away from me also visually tracking the object. All of the persons in my immediate area were strangers.

I was on a snowmobile traveling south down a cutline at 06:30. I stopped to wait for a couple friends coming about 5 minutes behind me. I noticed the moon was very low and in the middle of the cutline. It took out my camera and took a couple pictures one that shows the object and then I zoomed in on the moon and took a second picture the object was out of that photo's field of view. I did not notice the object until I downloaded the photo. The weather ws very clear that morning and about -8 Celcuis.

WE WERE driving from the west to the east on Highway 3 approx. 35kls. from Yellowknife when I observed what appeared to be a bank of VERY bright lights coming towards us and north of the higway. Below these bright lights there was a row of small green lights. I had my friend slow the truck down to a crawl and the lights keept coming towards us. The object then turned 90 degrees and acceldrated instantly and headed north and disappeared into the clear night sky.As this object turned I observed the same pattern of lighting on the side and back of it. This occured on Dec. 7, 2003. I could not enter the proper date above.

cigar shaped craft, motionless, definately not a conventional aircraft

While out walking the dog, on my regular route at the usual time, I saw something that stopped me in my tracks. In the air, over Great Slave Lake, Northwest Territories, Canada, I saw motionless, a long silver cigar shaped object in the air. The sky was very cloudy with dark grey clouds. There had been a thundershower about a half hour earlier. This object stood apart from the the clouds as it was shiny, but not like chrome, more like the stainless steel of a medical instrument. It was definatley not flat-colored like the backing clouds.

I could hear no noise, possibly due to my distance from it. I could not tell at about what altitude it may have been at, I am not a meteorologist. It was clearly, in my opinion, not a conventional aircraft. There is significant aircraft activity in this area. Helicopters, float planes and passenger planes of all descriptions. One often looks up to see the aircraft coming and going, and gets to recognize many of the regular aircraft, by their paint and markings.

There is no air polution in this part of the country.

This was not a weather balloon, it was motionless.

It was not a helicopter, float plane, or regular aircraft, it was silent, and motionless.

I advanced up the road to see if I could get a better look at it, and it moved slowly into the clouds, and did not reappear.

I will say as well that I got the sense that there was more "depth" to the object than what I could see from my vantage point.

I am not on any medications, drugs or under the influence of alcohol. I am a credible citizen, having held elected public office. No criminal record. I have never posted on this website before. I know about this site from visits to Jeff Rense's website.

Blueish Green Fireball Traveling South to North, prompting me to turn around and head back to civilization.

Blueish Green Fireball the size of a low Moon. I was driving north of Yellowknife on the Ingraham Trail Past the Mines but before Prelude Lake on a hill goind up, I was this flash right in front of me! Heading Northward, looking like it would crash land, Very Fast moving Blueish Green Fireball. It was the summer of 1999 during the Night (Either the start or end of summer as it can get bright at night). Don't know if there was any sound as I was testing the "Cruise-ablility" of a Burnt CD I just made and had the Dance music blasting... ;) Anyhoo, Just thought I'd drop a line as it scared the S**T outta me and Thought it prudent to turn around and head back to town. Wish I had a "Jeep Cam" like those Police do…

i saw something similar! i had witnessed ''phoenix lights'' type saucers, many times in same area . even saw the 30 foot diameter darkish disc inside the ''lights'' during a daytime sighting. whats really interesting , besides the sightings, obviously, is thatb in the same area , a few years later , i saw this red light stationary in the sky not moving at all. didnt know what is was , but it looks just like ''bubba'' light AND same color as your recent red light report. i didnt think that red light had anything to do with saucers , but now im not so sure. the red light i saw, is the same color as that bubba and the new sighting.but it didnt look as outlandish as amber phoenix lights type light . thats why i didnt think much of it. but now im not sure.

Star like UFO

As I jumped out of my vehicle I noticed a brighter than usual star in the sky directly northeast. At first it looked like a star but as I concentrated on it, it immediately ( like it knew I had spotted it ) shot back directly ( directly opposite my line of vision ) up into the atmosphere at a high rate of speed. When I first noticed it it appeared to be ( best guess ) 2,000 - 3,000 feet altitude ( just hovering silently ) and when it shot back it appeared to leave the earths atmosphere and diguise itself as a star. As I continued to watch it it began to move again in a half circle ( clockwise 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock ) and sped off at a unbelievable speed ( North ) until it had disappeared. Just as it had disappeared another bright light shot in a westerly direction just as fast from the same area. I immediately looked at my watch and it showed 11:12 pm and I desperately wanted another I witness but as I looked round there was no one else just the silence, no wind just the cold ( approximately -32 C). This sighting bothered my for approximately 5 months afterwards. Please tell me this was a military test ( holographic light from a satellite maybe ? ) If it was it was totally realistic and nervewracking. I have actually found a video mpeg on the internet of another sighting which is pretty much what saw ( dec27.mpeg a sighting from someone else made on Dec.27, 1997 )

I was engaged in a mock-up combat situation, I saw a large object on the battlefield, led a few members of my squad towards the object, we were taken, observed, and placed back onto the battlefield

When my squad members and I were about 30m away from the ship, myself anyway, felt a sudden calmness. Two creatures, about 5 1/2 feet tall, resembeling Hiroshima victems, took me by the arms and led me towards the ship. Inside the ship two robotic "arms" held my arms while one of the creatures injected my with some type of toxin what put me into a state of coma. When I awoke I was on a inclined piece of metal, I saw about 17 of the Creatures. I saw my squad members, who were also fully awake. Again one of the creaturers put me out cold. When I opened my eyes I saw that I was on the Battlefield again, but my arm had a small scar on it. I did not want to tell this to anyone, for ferar of being humiliated, However, I must now tell you because yesterday I saw a piece of a metalliac substance sticking out of my arm. THE PUBLIC MUST NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS.

For over a week the residents of Ft.mcpherson have been seeing this weird light. I never saw if so I laughed it off. But on Saturday as I was watching tv I saw this weird light moving just over the tree tops I told my co-worker this and we both freaked out and went out to see it. We watched for about 10 minutes. It changed colors from blue to whited and read colors to this day I don't know what it was. My family thinks I am crazy.

Strange throbbing sound with intense flashes of light over several minutes-No direct observation of any craft

On the 10th of January 1991 I was traveling with a friend checking a trapline approx 20 miles southeast of Ft. Resolution Northwest Territories. My snowmachine experienced mechanical difficulties which resulted in us being forced to walk approx 12 miles back to a highway where we had left our vehicle and snowmobile trailer. The weather at the time was quite mild for January minus 10 and there was light snow falling. My snowmachine had broke down at approx 11:00 a.m. We walked for several hours until about 5: p.m. at which time we stopped for a lunch break. We made a small fire to warm up and boil some water for tea. We were in the center of a small clearing roughly 300 ft in diameter and sitting under a large spruce tree. We had been there for approx. fifteen minutes when we began to hear a low humming sound approaching from the east. The sound grew steadily louder and the hum turned to a very low throbbing sound-like a huge engine running at idle. The whole area was charged with an electric tingling. We looked up but did not see anything of any substance. After about one minute the object seemed to be hovering directly above our location. We still did not see anything. Suddenly there was an intense flash of light like a million flashbulbs going off at once. There was a pause and then another intense flash of light approx 5 seconds after the first and finally a third flash.

At this point the noise began to move west in the direction that we whad been travelling. The low heavy throbbing sound continued and finally faded away.

We packed up our belongings and continued our walk back to the highway. At no time did we observe anything, just the incredibly deep throbbing sound and the three flashes of light. We arrived back at the highway at 23:00 and returned to Ft. Resolution.

I am a private pilot with several hundred hours of flight time. I also have approx 12,000 hrs of time in various types of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft as a professional firefighter. I am familiar with all the types of aircraft that are flown in the NWT and have never experienced flight characteristics that this object exhibited.
