Saw a white tic-tac shaped object with no noticeable wings silently flying east

I'm a mail carrier and at around 12:10-12:15PM I saw a white cylindrical tic-tac shaped object to the NE and watched as it turned eastward until it disappeared from sight. It had no wings, made no sound, no signs of propulsion. I estimate it's size about the size of a car but can't be sure. I checked the flight data afterwards and saw there were no aircraft over Lethbridge airspace at the time.

Clear evening sky; no clouds; was looking at planets/ moon with the naked eye when I saw V-shaped/Boomerang UFO's

I was standing outside waiting for my taxi; I was facing west and looking up at the night sky; there were no clouds and I could clearly see some stars/planets and the moon which caught my eye. We are close to the airport so there were some commercial airplanes descending/ascending. I noticed a V-shaped object high in the sky. It seemed higher than the commercial planes were flying but I couldn't tell the exact size but it would have to be larger than a commercial airplane in my estimate. what immediately stood out to me was there were no flashing red, green or other color lights like you would normally see on an aircraft, especially flying in the area of a commercial airport. I first saw 1 UFO and it travelled at a steady speed and direction was east to west; I then lost sight of it. Shortly after I saw a group of about 8-9 of the same type of UFO's travelling in formation at the same height and speed as the first one but travelling south to north.. The UFO's made no sound and as mentioned there were no flashing lights of any kind. I wasn't able to capture any footage but I don't think my phone camera would have been able to capture it very well.

The V-shaped UFO was translucent white is the best way I can describe it; it was like if you took a long white neon tube/ fluorescent light bulb and bent it into a V-shape and the light was turned on. So you could see a clear V-shape but along with that there was like a green/blue mist/fog/aura that surrounded the UFO. The mist/fog/aura did not have a fixed outline around the V-shaped UFO but rather inconsistent like an aura or fog would behave.

One black circular/disk shaped craft seen hovering over the horizon. travels across the sky and meets another one

I saw a big black circle in the sky over the horizon and stopped to watch it when I realized it wasn't a regular aircraft. It was moving around in a way I couldn't understand, like it was undulating, so I thought it might be a balloon or something. I could tell that it was very large in size when it was closer to the horizon, maybe the size of a bus or larger. It was black or dark grey with some sort of smaller circle in the centre of it. It started to travel westward across the sky while ascending further into the atmosphere and getting smaller. I took out my phone and started recording. It suddenly accelerated quickly across the sky, then it went way higher up closer to the clouds when ANOTHER ONE that looked exactly the same appears above it even further into the atmosphere that I had not seen previously. They both moved together keeping the same distance apart until they disappeared into the clouds. All of this occurred over the course of maybe 2 minutes or less.

Triangle shape appearance with the 3 points of the object each with a faint white light

I was bringing my dog in the house and stopped on my deck to admire the stars. Looking almost straight up and towards the northeast, something moving in the sky caught my eye. I saw three faded white lights in a triangle formation moving north. There was no sound that I could hear and the object moved out of my sight in about five seconds. It was moving in a straight path and disappeared in the distance heading northward. The lights on the object were white and did not blink. The lights appeared on each point of the object, forming a triangle. The lights were also very faint and blended with the stars making it hard to notice if you were not looking in the sky.

Oddity that is not a plane or satellite and captured video

I was at drilling rig waiting in crew truck drivers seat looking south west at the half moon. The sky was completely clear and temperature -28 Celsius. 6:25 am an object moving in the sky came into my view and I watched it for about 30 seconds before I recorded it with my phone. It looked peculiar to me as I am familiar with what planes and satellites look like at night. It was low for a satellite and in atmosphere. There was no red blinking light for a plane or marking lights. No noise to be heard and no Vapor trail. I recorded it and a couple other guys came out and said satellite and the driller agreed with me and said not a satellite. We both agreed UFO as we can’t say what it was. I will submit video and would love your opinion. We also saw an aircraft shortly after that was a 747 type with visible red light blinking and a Vapor trail at normal jet flying altitude probably 35000 ft and we all agreed what we saw was not a plane. I am really interested to know what you think of this.

2 identical clusters of 3 star-like orbs in a perfect vertical formation

There were 2 identical "star" clusters ~39 degrees apart above the city skyline (see illustration). Each cluster consisted of 3 different sized, white, slightly twinkling orbs/"stars" in a perfect vertical straight line formation. The top "star" was the largest and the bottom "star" was the smallest. Each "star" was evenly spaced apart and in close proximity. They did not move. The largest "star" was the size of a regular large star. They appeared exactly like stars aside from their unusual configuration and the fact that there were 2 sets of completely identical clusters (that sat at the same height in the sky). I thought it might be a window reflection so I viewed them through an open window, but they appeared the same. I viewed them for approximately 5 minutes. Then clouds quickly rolled across the sky and obscured them - this took only seconds. The clouds rolled across at 2:19 am.

Orb inside my car

I was driving my son to work that morning. I drive a Honda civic. We living in Morinville, and he works in St Albert. We left our home at 6:40 am and stopped at Tim Hortons for coffee and tea's. Then proceed south on Hwy 2 . I was driving in the left lane of the hwy, and there was an older model car behind me and a truck in front of us. All of a sudden, this bright light comes towards the left side front of my windshield. I remember saying to my son , " I can't see, I just can't see anything and put my hand up as to block the light .

Meanwhile, my son says it was inside the car circular. When it came in, he pulled back away from it. He said it was silver and had a rim around it. He said there was no noise and it was in front of both of us in the car. Then all of a sudden, it was gone.

I said to my son. Did this just happen? He said yes, it did. It was weird cause I didn't brake or panic. I just kept driving.

First I noticed one to west of me. It was distant above trees and was flashing a blue, red and white color. This is the one that was there the longest. While watching there was a flash in the sky closer to above me and then a "satellite" appeared and went across the sky. I looked to the north as well and saw a very bright white light low in the sky that didn't look very far away from me and compared to a LED road light. I watched it for a few seconds then looked over to the first flashing light that I saw to check if it was still there and when I looked back the bright white light was gone.

I continued watching the far flashing light and after a few minutes, there was 2 flashes of light to the close right of it (about an inch away as you saw it in the sky) then the flashing light started moving back and forth in the sky in a dipping pattern (about 1/2" back and forth as seen in the sky)

I decided to go get a small telescope we have and 5 min later, was back and set it up. The flashing light was still there but after setting up the telescope and pointing it towards light to find it the light faded out and disappeared.

I continued watching and moved 20 feet north and then looked south, when I noticed a bright orange ball on the horizon to the south. I was able to point telescope at it and saw an orange glow with a green spot circulating the outer edge of the ball. It slowly moved behind a close tree that was magnified by telescope and faded out

I went back to watching for original flashing light and over the course of 15 min, all that appeared was a white light that faded in and did a half circle then faded out. This happened a couple times with a few minutes in between and after it faded out the last time there were no events for over 10 min so I went back inside

My girlfriend and I go out into the backyard to have cigarettes quite often . We see this thing glide over us silent one night, Looks about the size of a hangglider. First time we saw i Dismiss it as canadian geese migrating south. but they were not making noise. always been around 100ft in the air. couple nights later see the same thing taking the same flight path,this time we got a better look at it and knew it was not geese wasnt sure what we were seeing. About a week after that we spotted it except this time was coming right above us. I ran toward it pointing up at it then it veered off to the right. I seen it was a triangle shape but kind of tranparent. A month went by or so no sightings until a week or so. this time...THEY, 2 of them passed directly over us transparent triangular shaped things with almost like a diamond shaped grid on it. I saw a rectangular craft emerge from a ripple in the sky, descend, and vanish like a train entering a tunnel.

On the night of September 30th, 2024, at around 10:00 p.m., I looked up at the stars and witnessed something extraordinary. At first, it appeared as if someone was projecting an image onto the sky, like a movie projector beaming into space. Then, I saw a circular motion, similar to the ripple effect of a coin dropped into water.

Through the center of this ripple appeared a rectangular-shaped object, descending at an angle. Within about 15 seconds, it seemed to enter a tunnel—vanishing from front to back, much like a train disappearing into a tunnel.

The object was rectangular with vertical lines running from top to bottom, dividing it into five sections. In the center of each section, there appeared to be a light or possibly an illuminated marking. The symmetry of the object was striking.

A friend who was with me also witnessed the event. We both sketched what we saw, and our drawings matched, confirming that our observations were the same. The craft showed no apparent interest in Earth; it simply continued on its trajectory, traveling in a straight path.

On the night of September 30th 2024 I had looked up into the Stars at about 10:00 p.m. and when I witnessed looked like somebody pointing a movie projector into the stars in our bed and then I'm what I saw was a circular motion as if somebody dropped the coin into the water with the wave ripple effect and through the center of it appeared a rectangular shaped object which was traveling I'm on a angle downwards and within a 15-second. It looked as if it had entered a tunnel and from front to back it was gone as if looking at a train going through a tunnel it was rectangular in shape had lines vertically from top to bottom and would look like it had sections of about five those lines dividing and within the middle of each of those lines was what appeared to look like a light or it was a thought and it was symmetrically perfect I had a friend there who also witnessed it and I asked him to draw picture of what he had seen as I did the same and the pictures matched so I know what I saw. It also seemed as if it had no interest in us here on Earth as it just kept traveling and a straight or on its same trajectory.

Daytime car ride. Observing birds until 3 stationary spheres were revealed.

We were enjoying a daytime car ride at Elk Island national Park in Alberta. Something we do often. We observed a flock of birds over the tree line, and once the birds flew into a certain direction, three dark silver stationary spheres remained in the spot.

When I finally picked up my camera, I could no longer see them, but my young nephew easily pointed them out. Again he pointed to where the flock of birds were flying about. Only in slow motion did I see one sphere zip past the area of the birds. It was a clear sky. No unusual sounds. We pulled over to observe the situation once we first saw the three stationary spheres.

At 11:30 in the morning, they weren’t many vehicles at elk Island and the area we were in had no vehicles at all. So, attached are images/video from second sighting in the 5 minutes we were parked. I had to cut the video down because it was too large I guess as a file. But I believe the spheres in this first part only and if you slow it down, you will see it fly by the birds. We were at my backyard hoping to see northern lights or shower meteor or shooting stars. When suddenly appeared the triangle object from Red Deer side , high as the highest a bird could fly. Big as a small bedroom ,it had 5 round light around. Not sound at all. Slow flew over us and our house towards Rocky mountain house. As I kept looking the wide back part started moving like changing shape. So I got scared and send my daughter inside the house .I stayed by the door kind hiding, but a few seconds later I went back to check and it was still there going same direction and I went inside the house. A minute later I took courage I went outside to my front door to see if I could still see it. No, there was nothing this time. I wish I didn't see it.

Small, white sphere observed for over an hour with binoculars from backyard, stills and video taken

Just after 6pm, I went into my backyard to look for the ufo that I have seen previously over the neighbourhood. After a short while I spotted it--a white sphere hanging in the windy (wind NNE to N, 15 to16km/h), generally clear sky. It seemed to be not moving. As before, I could only see the tiny 'something' through my 8x42 binoculars, not by eye. I used a dslr and telephoto lenses to record several video clips and still photos over the course of an hour or more. I could not see the object through the camera viewfinder or on the live-view screen, so I was pointing by guess work.

The video upload "Apr12_A" is the video I shot as soon as I had my camera set up and rolling. Over the next hour, I shot more video clips, but not all successfully as the focus malfunctioned on my old 70-300mm zoom. I had time to go find a fixed-focus 180mm, so I shot video upload Apr12_B, which shows when I tried to triangulate the ufo by moving the camera to the right 11 meters. ie. The video begins in one location, moves 11m and ends filming the sphere from another angle. There is a part between minute 8 and 9 where I lost the ufo off screen because it took a while to locate it from the new spot. Video Apr12_C picks up where B ends, and is the end of the sighting. It shows (when scrolled quickly) the object moving in various directions then vanishing. I saw it disappear as I watched it through binoculars; it was like a tungsten-filament light bulb was switched off, retaining a slight luminescence that faded to a very hard-to-see grey, which then gradually became impossible to see over several seconds. The gradual fading away is not visible in the video as it was too faint and the object moved behind a spruce branch. In the binoculars, the object appeared to move away as it faded. These video uploads are compressed copies of the too-large original files. The time stamp is off by 5h50m due to a software glitch in the camera.

To approximate the distance to the ufo by triangulation, I recorded video from 2 locations 11m apart, and took rough compass bearings the next day. From position 1, the ufo was at ~50 degrees from north, and from position 2, the ufo was at ~40 degrees. The ufo was moving slowly around, my baseline may not have been perpendicular enough and my bearings were rough, etc., so don't make too much of the measurement. Though my efforts were crude, I was left by the impression that the object was closer and smaller than I previously thought. The still photo was taken between videos B and C, and is a full-resolution copy of the original JPEG made in the camera.
I saw the ufo again Sunday, Apr 14 at 5:48pm. It was directly overhead and closer than ever(!), but no photos/video of it this time--it disappeared by the time I set up the camera (20 seconds) . Felt uneasy for the first time seeing it that close.

Small, bright object seen, took short video & several still photos which later showed three white ‘orbs’

Around 5:15 pm, 4/7/2024, in the city of Edmonton, I went outside into my backyard to scan the sunny, partly-cloudy sky with 8x42 binoculars, looking for birds, aircraft or anything unusual (which I do a bit of most days). After not very long, to the NE, ~45 degrees elevation, I spotted a very small, yet bright object, more or less over the centre of the city. It seemed noticeably brighter than the white clouds. The impression was of small size, and a height at least that of the cumulus clouds that were continuously forming and dissipating. (at 5 to 10,000ft.?) Was it merely a balloon? No, it appeared to be more or less still among the moving clouds and relative to the treetops. Venus? No, I knew Venus was close to, and west of, the sun at the time.

Being afraid of losing sight of it, I didn’t run for my camera right away; I keep a dslr with ‘dx’ sensor, 180mm lens, (manual focus, fixed focal-length), handy for birds, ufos, etc. But once I’d had a good, long look of two minutes or so and realized it wasn't moving away, I dashed in the house and grabbed the camera.
The object was still visible in the binos when I returned outside, so I snapped several still photos. I couldn’t actually see the tiny object in the camera viewfinder and the clouds were really changing fast, so the first several shots were taken by pointing the camera by estimation and ‘painting’ the general area with several images. I got lucky because two shots accidentally captured what seem to be three identical white orbs in an unevenly spaced straight line. I was fixated on just the one orb, though, and never saw the other two almost hidden in clouds until I looked at the photos later on the computer. I looked at it some more in the binos.

I moved twenty yards to the other side of the yard to triangulate the object photographically, but I couldn’t locate it from there. So I moved back to the previous angle but back further in the yard, on the driveway. These minutes passed with the orb still in roughly the same place. On the driveway, I took a few photos and the video.

I continued to view the object but couldn’t really decide whether it was just below, far above or right in the clouds. These minutes included another failed attempt to triangulate the orb. Eventually, I believe a larger cloud covered that area, or I looked away for a time, and that was end of the sighting. I didn’t see it leave; after a while it just wasn’t there. I had the one object in view about ten minutes, possibly more. I continued to scan the sky for an hour but saw nothing more.

Notes on the Photography:
--the camera's date and was not set correctly, so the exif data is incorrect in this respect
--curiously, the time on the photos is hours different than the time on the video, though they were taken within moments of each other
--also curious, I thought I had set the time and date correctly when I got the camera last year and was vexed to see it messed up.
--the video is shaky because the camera and lens used have no image stabilization and handholding a dslr for video is the worst
--the 180mm lens used on this 'dx' sensor camera gives an Field of View of: 7.4 degrees horizontal; 5.0 vertical; 8.9 diagonal

My husband first saw the object moving around in a random motion. He called me and I looked through binoculars from the window, then went outside for a better look from the deck but through some trees. The object didn't have a set pattern, moving up and down and side to side. I moved to a better position in a nearby field for a non-obstructed view. I took still photos with my phone, then took video, trying to keep the two telecommunications towers in sight for a reference point. The blinking light to the bottom left and the rotating light to the right are the towers. We watched the object for 15 minutes (approx.). The sky was cloudless, a beautiful night for stargazing.

Good day, my home is in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Last Friday evening (January 26) around 19:30 MT I took my pet dog out to the backyard. As always, I looked up at the night sky to see what stars and planets I could see. It was a clear sky. Almost directly overhead and very high in altitude I saw a flash of red light. I kept my vision on the same spot. About 5 seconds later there was another flash of red light in the same spot. Another 5 seconds later, the object darted to the west at an incredible rate of acceleration leaving a 2 to 3 degree light trail that lasted only a second.

I'm 62 years old and have looked up at the night sky for a long time. I've seen plenty of aircraft, drones, satellites, and meteors. I've never seen anything in the night sky like I did last Friday evening.

Jan 5th, 12: 40PM- It was a clear blue sky everywhere except one smaller cloud that had an exceedingly bright light shining from the south facing side, which was facing the Sun. It looked like the bright light was coming from the cloud?? The cloud was at about about 5000 feet high or so... about as low as I think clouds get. There was also a small piece of a rainbow resting on the bright light coming out of the cloud. That was interesting enough and I pointed it out to me wife who had to lean in towards me to see the cloud for just a second. Just after my wife looked at it, and while I was driving, I checked it out again, this time there was what looked like a bar about 100ft long and 20ft wide and located about 500ft from the south side of the cloud at the same exact height. I pulled the truck to the side of the road to check what I was looking at- the bar was very metallic and reflective and it was the only thing in the sky . The bar slowly started to rotate downward, I could see it clearly from the shiny reflection, and the other two sides became visible. It was a perfect triangle, my best guess was roughly100ft long with equal sides and about 20 feet thick. The center of the triangle seemed invisible and looked exactly like the blue sky around it. It didn't shoot off or do anything like that, it just seemed to fade and disappear in about 5 seconds. The triangle was only in the sky for 20 to 30 seconds total and I'm the only one who saw it.

Cloud moved in oposite direction of any other clouds which were few and had sparkling lights inside it.

It was a Sunday afternoon and our daughter and grandson came for a visit. My wife, my daughter, grandson and I were sitting on our backdeck of our home, when our daughter pointed out a white cloud that she noticed because it had twinkling lights in it. The lights appeared to be flashing or twinkling. It looked just like a normal cloud, it did not alter it's shape as other clouds do, however it did change it's angles. It was totally silent.

We couldn't tell if there was a craft inside, just the lights. It was going across an almost clear blue sky. There were only a few clouds elsewhere, but the other clouds were going the opposite direction, did change their shapes and went much faster than this one which was much closer to us. It went about the speed of planes that go overhead ( we are in a flight path so we see tons of air planes daily). It went from the right (NE) of our view across to our left (NW). going out of sight behind the trees in the school grounds to our left. It seemed much closer than our daughter's video seems to show.

Luckily she had the presence of mind to grab her phone and start taking video rather than taking a photo. The cloud really looked just like a cloud with the exception that it never changed it's shape at all, just its angles whereas all other clouds seemed to morph and don't have twinkling lights inside the
Also, something we didn't even realize initially is that our two dogs, which are usually very yappy, stood there and not barking at all, but also not running away either.

We weren't afraid at all just really shocked at what we were seeing.
We gave the video to our other daughter to try to enhance it, but it didn't seem much different to us. I have attached both, The first is our daughter's original one the second was the enhanced one.

The time was about 8:45pm, still full daylight and the sun was pretty west. The object was moving from east to west, and below the cloud-line, (although there were not alot of clouds around, only to the west, so the object was mostly seen in a clear sky.) The object moved silently, in a fixed position, (meaning it did not rotate in any direction), maintained a steady speed which was not particularly fast by any means, and also maintained a straight line with no change in altitude, or side-to-side movement, indicating it was not being affected by wind gusts. Its lack of any kind of movement other than its straight path from east to west allowed me to rule out balloons and birds, as well, I ruled out it being a drone based off of the fact that it stretched such a large distance in its path, and in my admittedly limited knowledge of drones, there is a limit to how far they can go, (and I believe there are some laws about drone use in the city.) To the naked eye, it looked like a black blob, I estimated the size would have been the same as a small vehicle. There was no sun reflection, (although the sun was on the opposing side to where we were), nor were there any lights.

Observed a triangular shaped craft hovering over me while at workplace night shift

On 26th of April evening at around 10:30 just after I finished meditation on the deck of the workplace at the start of night shift I observed a triangular craft hovering directly over my head and slowly gliding away right after.
It had three white light under in each corner. It produced no sound was a rainy night and craft was directly under the clouds so I could clearly see that it was a physical object that looked very extraordinary. I worked as a social worker with kids that are in vulnerable sector so I was absolutely not under influence of anything.

Same night I woke up at 3am and observed a childlike figure standing in the room where I was sleeping and I remember attempting communicate with it that went through some sort of mind to mind image projection type of way.
I don’t remember much after and what I remember I can’t even convince myself that it’s real due to how extraordinary it was and I’m not sure whether it’s connected or not to my sighting but part of me feels like it may be.
My Apple Watch recorded me being awake for two hours and I have no recollection of it.

Small, white sphere observed for several minutes with binoculars from backyard, photo taken with infrared dslr

I did not write anything down about this sighting after it happened, it seems, so the following account is pretty vague. At the time I didn't report it to the NUFORC because I thought, "It is such a small thing, probably a balloon, no video," etc. However, I report it now due to recent similar sightings.
I don't recall the particulars, but one morning I spotted a very small, very white object floating high in the clear blue sky, to the NW. I watched it through binoculars long enough to see it was drifting slowly closer so I dashed for a camera. My usual cameras had both recently died, so I used a dslr that has been converted to infrared wavelengths. (The camera sensor's IR filter was removed by a scientist fellow in California, who used to do IR conversions as a sideline hobby-business). I no longer know the infrared frequency sensitivity this sensor, but I think I chose the 'usual' type of conversion. The lens used was 50mm, which on this DX-sensor camera gives a slight telephoto view. I have uploaded the resulting photo, a copy of the original NEF raw file converted to a black-and-white JPEG; the NUFORC site unfortunately doesn't allow NEF uploads.
Photo taken, I observed it for a while as it moved very slowly from the right side to the left side of the tree in the photo. I then went inside for a longer lens. The object was gone when I returned outside. It still should have been visible, I thought, since it had been 'drifting' quite slowly near the zenith, and I was only gone a half a minute or so.

The object was almost featureless, yet had a glimmer that made it look like more than a flat white ball.

2 solid bright lights go straight up slowly, one at a time, then change direction and start blinking towards the south

I only saw lights I did not see any shape or an actual craft. They were as tiny as a satellite or airplane light. One light came up slowly, going straight up and then changed directions heading northeast and started blinking, only white light no colour. I watched it until I couldn't see it anymore and then a second one started coming up slowly and changed direction and started blinking heading south-southwest - this one looked like it was going up into the sky more than the first one.

Soundless, Round or oval thick object flew over top of my house so fast it was gone in less than 3 seconds.

I was outside on my balcony having a cigarette with my mom, when out of nowhere we both got knocked over by a super strong gust of wind, as we fell down we both saw a circular/oval shaped object zoom over top of our house, just barely high enough to go over the house, and moved so quickly it was gone before we could even stand back up. The really odd thing, there was absolutely no sound coming from it.

After filling in the rest of the form I'm coming back to add more as I didn't know the electrical issues we experiance were related, we were without power for about 15 minutes after the incident, we figured we just had an electical surge and had to wait for it to come back. Also our cat was freaking out and didn't want anything to do with us when we came back inside.

December 6 2022. Summerwood neighborhood in sherwood park.
It is winter here so pitch black outside still.
At 6:41 am I was driving to work and I saw three bright white lights in a horizontal line just above the two story houses in front of me as I was driving southbound. The lights appeared stationary from my view. I drove to get a better view from an open field around the corner ( 30 second drive). I was now east of the object. I saw the three white lights were in the shape of a triangle. The bottom left light also had a smaller flashing green light. My car was on, but I could hear no sound from the object. It flew low and slow. It flew directly over my car, so I looked at it through my sunroof, and I could see there was a line of blue green colored light that went along the left edge of the triangular shape. The object moved slowly and at a consistent speed over me and to the north. I drove out of my neighborhood to highway 21 and I could see it in the distance still, but now it was flashing red where it had been flashing green, all three white lights still bright. As I drove north down the highway I could see the object started alternating the white lights on and off, sometimes the right light was on and others off, sometimes the left and others off, in a random order. The object eventually was too far for me to see.
There is a military base north west of where I live, and so this could be military technology.

Sighting Report
“Ship of Light” above Edmonton, AB, Canada, Oct. 1, 2022, just before 8 pm.
Alone, I was observing the south, west and north sunset sky from my backyard deck in the Parkview neighborhood of west-central Edmonton, AB at dusk. I noticed the first stars were coming out, so for some reason I stood and looked east over the house through very good quality binoculars, Nikon Monarch 7, 8x42.
At about 45 degrees elevation due east, apparently high over the centre of the city, I immediately spotted and was riveted by an unmoving, glowing ovoid, similar in size to Jupiter, but different in shape and (changing) colours. The colour differed markedly from anything I have ever seen in all my decades of sky watching, so I was instantly energized and focused.
I am familiar with how the usual planets look through these binos. Saturn is a beautiful little creamy disc. My first thought was that this new object looked weird, wrong, like a double-size Saturn seen through smokey skies—a disc, creamy amber, changing subtly to more orange-amber as I watched for 10 seconds or so. But I instantly recognized that it was too big, the wrong colour, and in the wrong spot to be Saturn. As it changed colour, and as the over all weirdness of it sunk in I realized I was definitely looking at a “UFO”.
I shifted position to steady the binos, but, of course, when I looked again seconds later the object was gone.
I scanned systematically with the binos for a little while (a minute?) and luckily the glowing disc reappeared in the same spot, same size and shape but redder this time.
I was absolutely fascinated because it looked just like a so-called “Ship of Light” from the Carlos Diaz film. As I watched for a minute or two, the disc shifted gradually from orange to reddish-amber, to red, to magenta, to violet, then finally to pure purple. Amazed and absolutely focused on absorbing the sight, I watched as the supposed ‘craft’ wavered somehow for a split second then suddenly shrank to a point of white light and winked out, reminding me of switching off an old tube tv.
The ‘craft’ did not reappear. The way it quaked, shrank and disappeared in a spark of light instantly confirmed to me that this was a real, anomalous phenomenon, probably freakin’ aliens, as it were.
The event lasted no more than 5 minutes and ended at 8 pm. No chance to take pix or video, sadly.
Estimated altitude would be a big guess, but “over 10,000 ft.”would be a safe bet. Guess at craft size would be “like the large Diaz-Mexican Ships of Llight”. Say at least 50ft., but more likely 100 to 200 ft. Too far away to sure of size or distance, but the impression was of decent size and height.
The light emitted was soft, not dazzling. The craft was stationary when under my observation.
This was the second good sighting over Edmonton I have made through binoculars in the last few months. I will write up my late July sighting shortly.

Was looking out window of my moms hospice ( she is palliative with cancer) I had to pick my sister up at airport at midnight was just looking out window like I do most nights just thinking about life and noticed a red rectangle that was horizontal not vertical that just hung out in north sky - there are no red lights nor any traffic lights for 2 blocks in my moms room that would reflect and there was no rain or clouds was a clear night other stars in the sky - it just hovered didn’t move then just suddenly vanished

It was a half ring of white and red lights. It was stationary and the lights were alternating in no particular order.

I was looking up outside to check for what my cousin saw about 50 km away to the west, which was Starlink satellites. Instead, to the northwest of my position, towards Villeneuve, I saw a hovering arc of lights. There were over a dozen white and red lights flashing in no particular order that I could tell. I didn’t see it move in the entire time I watched it. It was stationary. My neighbour came outside so I asked if he could see it and what he thought it was. We watched for about 10 minutes and could not come up with a rational conclusion about what we were seeing. It did not move. I checked online in the morning to see if there were any cell towers over there and there aren’t. There was only clear blue sky over in that direction this morning.

I am a 50 year old teacher and I believe the other fellow is a tradesman, probably in his 30’s.

Motionless neon green craft in the north sky caught my eye when I went outside to video lightning activity far off to the west. There was no rain or thunder and it was calm. Aluminum appearing sphere in sky above beach

While laying on the grass at Aspen Beach with my family, I looked up almost directly above us, and noticed a sphere traveling from East to West. It appeared to reflect the sunlight more like dull aluminum as opposed to shiny chrome. I followed it for probably between 15-20 seconds as it travelled in a seemingly straight line, while trying to point it out to my family members, but it was small in size, and/or just way up in the sky and difficult to see.

So I said take another picture and in your mind invite the alien's to show them selves to us and be with us. Then there was a bright blurry cylinder shape above the sun in the next picture. you could also see a plane coming down to land which is shaded by the sun. Weather: Calm with no wind, Quiet with no traffic, Clear skies, about 10°C (or 50°F), various satellites were visibly passing by and the Stars wear fully visible.
I was letting my dog out when I noticed a large bright object to the East of my house in the Sky near the horizon. I took notice as it was a bright circular object about the size of an SUV and seemed to be moving left and right by about a degree each way (North to South). I took my phone out to take a picture and the object instantly moved Westward (towards me) then instantly moved Eastward to its original position 20° to 90° back and forth. The object did this 3 times before stopping directly above me (20° to 90° back and forth with no sound). When the object stopped (above me) I could see the outline of a solid (near) circular object just inside the edges of the light. After a few seconds the object moved slightly to the south (about 2 Degrees) then went north (Very fast) and disappeared. When the object went north there was a heavy wind and the smell of static (same smell you get when printing or the smell when touch an electric device and release static) that lasted for 3 seconds. At this point my dog became scared, hide at the house door and was shacking heavily.

This has been happening 2-3 times a year for the last 10+ years around the same date but this was the biggest one I have seen. Normally they look like satellites moving in a strange way.

Huge cylinder silently crosses the sky.

Walking through the back yard. Glance up and see this huge cylinder crossing the sky in a very unusual manner. Slow moving but making a great distance in a short time. Hard to describe the movement. Stared in awe for 10 seconds, then quickly checked my pockets for my cell phone. Not carrying my phone I stare for a couple more seconds and then realize I need to get a witness to this event. Run inside, grab my youngest daughter and show her as the cylinder continued strange floating movement into the eastern horizon then disappearing. Cylinder was very large and very high in the sky. I estimate 1 km long and about 200 meters high. Could see the structure and surface as well as white lights. Very strange and first time I have ever seen any thing like this. Cylinder was moving from west to east and seemed to be lower at first and then gained altitude as it moved eastward. Completely silent.

My security camera sent notification of human motion in garage but no one was in there and doors where locked but the videos shows orb

I know it says don’t report these type of things but my cameras don’t ever just record dust. It was night vision infrared because my garage is pitch black. Only windows boarded up. It said human and it had to be triggered to start recording by a human detection. The first is screen shot of notification of human in garage and second is video of what it thought was human. That was the only time my camera recorded one of those, Theres lots of orbs in my yard summer winter all the time. Launching from the soil and snow.

Low-flying, slow moving, very large at close range object seen. I work in a remote area of Alberta doing security for the oil field. I had my mother with me that night and was watching down a dirt road to an oil field plant when I noticed three red blinking lights moving across the sky at a distance. My mother and I were both confused as we knew it was not a plane and it stayed in a single line formation. When it went behind the trees we drove a little further down the road to a field where we got a better view. I videotaped both times. At this new location if it was much closer. There was no visible moon nearby so it was very very dark but I could tell and I was certain that it was one extremely large object moving very slowly. Due to my fear and confusion we did not follow any further but watched it until it went out of sight. I found the local police and they were able to confirm about a week later that there is no reported military aircraft or otherwise that should’ve been in the sky at that time on that date. This is left me extremely confused yet curious as to what I saw. As stated I do possess a couple of videos and would be willing to share if someone can help me figure out what this is. I have tried to slow my videos down and take photos. When slow down the lights are all different colours of red, blue, green, and yellow. But I cannot see any shape behind them as there’s too much pixelation or what looks like dust particles when I blow it up.

My wife and I were walking our dog through a green space in N.E Calgary when we noticed something coming from the west flying faster than any satellite we’ve ever seen glowing a fluorescent bright blue and flying higher than airplanes but lower than space. We watched it coming towards us rapidly for around 5-10 seconds and then it changed direction instantaneously and flew S-S.E and it was out of site between 5-10 seconds tops, we were both dumbfounded and stuck in our spots wondering what we just saw! It wasn’t a plane because the entire craft was lit up and it was easily 2-3X’s bigger than a jumbo jet both in length and diameter and it wasn’t a satellite because it was moving way too fast and we could see the defined shape of whatever it was and it looked like a giant pill capsule or a tic tac. I’m an amateur star gazer and have been looking at stars and planets and satellites for years and whatever it was it definitely wasn’t any of those, I’m 52 and I’ve never seen anything like it before or since but it will stay with me for the rest of my life!! I would’ve reported it sooner but I had no idea where to report it until today

Huge sphere like 10 meters in diameter with six symmetrical cone like spikes.

I was driving Northbound on highway 2 from Nisku. Approaching 41 avenue, an object flying South from DT Edmonton towards my location attracted my attention. I was close to the airport and thought this is an airplane going to land. I kept following the approaching object and was waiting to see a silhouette of an airplane. Surprisingly I didn’t get it. Instead the object flew on my left side and I had a good chance to see a lot of details. It was a sphere approximately 10 meters in diameter with six symmetrical, identical cone like-spikes. One of the spikes was pointing to the flying direction, another one in the back, one on the top, one on the bottom, one to the left and one to the right. It was a sunny day, the object was shiny silver in colour but not mirror-reflecting. No sound heard, no trace observed. The object was flying at the same height and at a speed a little faster than an airplane landing.

A perfect line of approximately 24 bright objects moved from west to east. Very high in the sky maybe 170 degrees azimuth when they passed abeam (to the north) of my location.

Went out on a late night walk, went to a hill overlooking downtown to admire the city and (mostly) the super moon. It’s hard to see stars because we’re in the inner city, and only handful standout. There were 3 stars in a triangle formation, and suddenly one broke off. It was moving very fast and flying irrationally moving in all directions, before stabilizing and flying horizontally. It was originally a very bright white and seemed to dim down before all of a sudden it flashed to black and vanished.

Well-lighted cylindrical object in Calgary sky moving NW to SE. Odd shape, size, and angle (orientation).

March 4, 2021 @ 06:05 Calgary, Alberta, Canada Standing at a bus stop near my residence, which is inner city, I looked up at the morning sky and the moon, then noticed a cylindrical set of lights moving NW to SE. The sky was clear on this morning, as far as I could tell, being able to easily see the moon and stars.

At first I suspected the collection of lights to be a plane. It seemed to be moving oddly though, as I thought to myself it seems like it's coming down and even worried for a second that it was on a trajectory with my neighbourhood. In the next moment, I was puzzled at the shape of the object, the angle of it (orientation), and also the luminosity of it, seemingly surrounded with lights.

It was then that I first considered I should take some pictures/video, and got my phone out. I am not the fastest draw in the west at taking pictures with my phone, and this was very early in the AM as I waited for my bus to go to work. But I collected 4-5 decent pics and one 40 sec video, plus another very short clip.

The object continued on its course SE. It became dimmer as it moved away, and then my bus showed up.

The object moved at about the speed of a plane, I would say, certainly not too fast, but a steady pace. The video I shot is shaky because of my trying to line it up and even zoom in; it is not the object dancing around. The object stayed on a fairly even course throughout.

I listened for the sound of a plane, and could not be sure I heard it. Living in the city, there is a lot of ambient noise that sounds like a constant hum, especially early in the morning when there are not much car noises on the street. There was just no really obvious jet sounds.

AT AN ELEVATION OF ABOUT 30 DEGREES AND BINOCULAR FOCUS SET FOR STAR GAZING, A LARGE, POINTED ON BOTH ENDS, OVAL SHAPE, LIGHT COLORED, APPEARED AND WENT HORIZONTALLY FROM RIGHT TO LEFT. NO DETAILS OR MARKINGS SEEN AS IT APPEARED TO BE FAIRLY NEAR AND NOT IN GOOD FOCUS. TRAVEL SPEED WAS VERY FAST, RIGHT TO LEFT ACROSS THE BINOCULAR FIELD IN LESS THAN ABOUT 1/2 SECOND. AS AN AMATEUR ASTRONOMER FOR OVER 60 YEARS, I HAVE SEEN A NUMBER OF UNEXPLAINED OBJECTS. THIS OBJECT WAS DEFINITELY NOT TERRESTRIAL. Red and Orange Blue White flashing lights in clear night sky move in cricle motion

Tonight on November 15 2020 at 11:21pm I saw bright orange red light in the night sky. The was no clouds in the sky it was a very clear night in the sky. The orange red light was moving from left to right in the sky and flashing orange and red light. As took out my cell phone to use my cell phone camera to take video of the flashing lights. The object that was flashing it's red and orange lights was coming closer..and I could see flashing lights in a circle motion it was Red and Orange and Blue and white Flashing lights. I took a quick video of it. Then as my friend came out side . I look away and it was gone.When I saw the flashing lights move from left to right it lasted about 2-3 three minutes.

Bow shaped object with bright flickering orange lights hovers over downtown Calgary

At 11:50 I noticed a small, bright orange glow in the sky hovering motionlessly over the east side of downtown Calgary.

It was the shape of a semi circle, and had orange lights that flickered slowly and constantly.

It moved slowly and steadily from the east to the west as I watched it for one hour.

I unfortunately fell asleep before it left the visible sky and don't know where it ended up.

I shot a few videos of the object, but it's hard to discern the shape and flickering on my iphone camera. However, I would be happy to share those videos.

Two are taken an hour apart so you can see the distance it went.

I'm a 28 year old with a steady job and have never claimed to see a ufo or anything supernatural event in my life.

I'm just wondering if anyone else saw what I did and can explain?

Grey Triangle appears out of the black sky, descends and moves east accelerating at a phenominal rate.

Looked up at the sky, noticed the stars were bright. I was fixated on one particular spot that had nothing, just black, no stars. Went and grabbed my glasses from inside and looked up at that same spot. Out of nowhere a grey triangle ( i could see the figure very well as the moon was low and behind the trees to the east) appeared and descended down, not pointing down but floating or hovering on a horizontal plane with the vertex point facing east. It was very high up, at least a kilometer, as the moon made the bottom very detailed. It had no lights, just 1 protuding rounded discs at each corner. It then moved east and accelerated extremely fast following the curvature of the earth until it dissapeared. Could not believe what I had just witnessed. No sound, no lights or trails. Just moved, accelerated like nothing I have ever seen before.

It's moving steadily south to north about 30 degrees above the eastern horizon. With binoculars it appeared green/gold in colour. Gave all the appearance of a glowing translucent sphere. The halo was circular and slightly brighter at the edges. There were no distinct or sharpe edges. It looked more like glowing gas than a solid structure. Within the sphere was an indistinct brightness just up from centre with a little brightness extending to the top of the sphere.

Details appeared even less distinct as it moved and lowered towards the northern horizon.

I was riding my pedal bike to the 711 in st. albert,Alberta from near the casino when I was riding my bike from 711 there was a Super Bright light about 1 mile of the ground looking east of century casino the light was very bright it made no noise and was a calm night this light was just sitting completely stationary and made no noise the light was so bright I swear any edmontonians would of spotted this as well In the sky at the same time i did around 420am and 430am. The light had spike streaks coming off it it was bright I stopped and took my phone out and was accessing my camera so that I could capture some pics but as soon as I put my phone up the bright light went out but there was still a real faint object there just floating motionless and it was to faint to pick up on my camera. After about 2 more minutes the object faded into nothing. I know this was definitely not the Edmonton police chopper it was too strange and motionless and no sound. Was very ! strange.

A strange object emitting green light flew past the sky from SE to W. Because it was dark I couldn't see the shape of the object. The speed was not too fast, almost comparable to a light aircraft. 6 dark triangle shapes in formation

Went outside and saw 6 huge triangle shapes blocking the sky above it. The were in a diagonal formation heading North. They were low flying, looked large enough to be 6 planes. They made no noise, and had no lights. They lightly reflected the lights from the city, but were dark enough to block out the night sky. They couldn’t be birds as they didn’t move other than gliding across the sky.

When looking at the sky, if you put your hand up, they were the length of the tip of my thumb to the tip of my middle finger. Pretty large. They moved North in the formation, then sped up and got smaller. I think this means they were going upwards into the sky.

It only lasted about 30 seconds, and they were gone by the time my sister made her way outside from 10 feet away. Our cats also ran to the balcony door and went crazy.

Almost every night since October there has been a bright light following me at night.

Some nights it will meet up with a smaller light. As many as three have been seen.

I thought I was crazy so started pointing it out to people riding with me and now they all have witnessed it.

It will follow me from west of Ponoka to Alex, to Red Deer and wait while I’m visiting my friends, it has even followed me to Saskatchewan. It sits outside my work and follows me home.

We thought drone but there is no noise, it travels as fast or as slow as I am going.

What is this. It’s creepy!

It was absolutely a UFO of some kind. It then disappeared.
